Income tax return filed documents for the year 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 to be enclosed

A copy of GST Number Registered under GST act

Details of goods carriage vehicle, labor service, list of machineries & materials, equipments owned by the contractor.

Photo Copy of PAN Card.

Satisfactorily completed at leaset 50 % of this contract as as prime contractor of same works not less than Rs 50% of tender amount (work done certificate is issued by DCF Or any Other Equalant District level Officer only)

For address proof any copy of Adhar Card, Voter ID, Telephone bill within two months, Ration Card, Bank Pass book, ID issued any Corporation/TP to be uploaded).

A copy of List of Skilled, semi skilled, un skilled labours including EPF & ESI details to be uploaded) along with copy of Registration in Labour Department, EPF & ESI Registration Certificate.

Line of credit including E-tender Indent No & addressed to undersigned not less then 30% of the Tender amount received from any Nationalized Bank

Annual turnover details For Last three Financial year (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) Upload turnover certificate certified by Charted Accountant.
