Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3 mm The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO- 1461 with thickness of 65 Micron the octagonal pole shall be erected on the foundation concrete of 1.20m height with foundation bolt M 31 x 750 mm 4Nos. and HT steel pole having a base plate of size 250 x 250 x 12 mm and suitable sized door at the bottom with locking arrangements along with 1 mtr long Single Arm bracket and 2 Mtr special coupling of MS clamp. Supply and fixing of 1 No.of 150W LED street light luminaire (Higher End) suitable for primary roads to be approved by PWD officials,with collar pipe having 350mm length welded suitably with bracket and fixed, rigidly with 4Nos Bolt and nuts to prevent any turning movement of bracket due to wind with pedestal concrete mould with M40 grade concrete of suitable size with necessary service wires from fuse box to the fitting with 24 mtrs of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire with necessary connection. The junction box should be provided with 1No. 4 way terminal block with Hylum sheet with 1No. 6A SP MCB with backlite sheet and standard type terminal with connection complete, testing and commissioning as directed by the departmental officers.

The pole and bracket should withstand wind speed of 180 Km/Hr. All the nut, washer and bolt should be galvanised. Testing and commissioning should be done as directed by the departmental officers.

The feeder pillar box should also be mounted in RCC pedestal with projection of 30 cms above the ground level & foundation suitable to the safe bearing capacity of the soil at 12T /M2 at 1.8m depth of below ground level and necessary galvanized foundation bolts nuts washers and Anchor Plate & Template etc., complete as per standard specification of IS-875-1987.

Supply and fixing of hot dip galvanized lightning arrester and necessary accessories etc., complete as per standard specification. Supply, erection and commissioning of 0.90m x 0.45m x 1.20m floor mounting (feeder pillar Box and sufficient numbers of Ventilation opening should be provided & supporting M.S. angle frame with 63A main switch 1 No.63A fuse unit 3 Nos. 63A power contactor with Automatic timer arrangement and the feeder pillar Box should be painted with red oxide and two coat of anti corrosive enamel paint including all other allied materials etc., Supply and fixing of Aviation Lamp fitting with Base and coupling arrangements etc., complete as per standard Specification.

Supply and fixing of Fabricated street light control panel of size not less than 3' x 3' x 1.5' made out of 16SWG CRCA sheet steel with lock and key arrangements painted with necessary superscribing & danger sign to be mounted on a suitable concreting pedestal with necessary supports with following provisions : 1)Supply and fixing of digital weekly programmable timer switch with shortest switching time of 1 minute to turn on /off the lights. 2)Supply and fixing of 63A Four pole contactor 3) Supply and fixing of Vertical type 8 way triple pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure double door type (Metal) with IP42 protection with 1 no. 63A 4 pole MCB as incoming,8 Nos 32A 3pole MCB as outgoing on suitable angle framework with earth connection complete. Supply and fixing of 3Phase 63A aerial fuse unit for 3Nos 63A fuse units (500V) on suitable MS sheet covered with 6mm thick hylem sheet on suitable angle iron work the tapping pole with necessary clamps.

Supply and Run of 4 of 10 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI wire for service connection mains.

Supply and Run of 4 of 10 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in 32mm dia GI pipe (class B ) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end support for service connection mains.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.
