Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 grade penetration at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete,30 mm thick (consloidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content (bitumrn VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam (Design Mix), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less by binder content (paving bitumen (VG-30) of 5 % by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, road berms etc ,laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick,spread,levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and marking broken/continuous central/end line on the road pavement and the like of description by using hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick (excluding thickness of glass beads) and providing reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per square meter as per IRC-135,coforming to MOSRT&H complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair plastic road studs (Cat Eye) two way reflective with aluminium body of model No DA-971 (Aluminium) dia cast fitted with 02 Nos highly reflective reflectors and 02 Nos eye balls each on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
