Annual maintenance contract of 1000 mm dia raw water rising main

Providing services for watch and ward of 1000 mm dia raw water rising main from jack well to W.T.P. Ahmednagar as per detailed specification etc complete.

Providing services of skilled / unskilled manpower i.e. Welder , fitter , helper in shutdown / breakdown period on 1000 mm dia raw water rising main , etc complete

Providing , supplying on hire basis gas cutter set with both gases oxygen and acytelen along with operator

Providing tractor with trolley on hire basis for carting of welding generator set from WTP to site of work & back to WTP or any other purpose including fuel , driver etc complete.

Providing JCB on hire basis for excavation of pipe line or any other purpose including fuel , driver etc complete.

Providing and supplying on hire basis dewatering pump set of 10 HP capacity including fuel , operator etc complete.

Providing & supplying on hire basis diesel welding generator set up to 30 KVA capacity including fuel etc complete.

Air Compressor with pneumatic chisel attachment for cutting hard clay 400 CFM

Providing & supplying on hire basis Hydra machine / crane for laying / lowering of pipe etc including fuel , operator etc complete.

Providing on hire basis Non AC Jeep / car up to 100 KM etc including fuel , Driver etc complete.

Supply of rubber packing of various sizes of approved quality etc complete

Supply of M.S. Nut bolts with washers for maintenance purpose on 1000 mm dia MS line

Manufacturing, providing and supplying spirally welded / ERW/ SAW / fabricated M. S. pipes (Commercial Quality) including procurements of plates, gas cutting to required size rolling, tack welding assembling in suitable lengths to form pipes, welding on automatic welding machine and forming ‘V’ edge on both ends of pipes including railway freight, insurance, unloading from railway wagon, loading into truck, transport to stores, unloading, stacking, excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete as per IS - 3589 and IS-5504 as applicable as per specifications (No negative tolerance in thickness is permissible). Dia of Pipe : 1000.00 mm (I. D.), iv) 8.00 mm.

Picking up within 200m radius from center of trenches,pipe supports, lowering or raising and laying to the required grade and level M.S.pipe and specials such as tees,tapers,bends,sluice valves etc.in trenches or on support as directed etc.complete. (Rates excluding GST)

Labour charges for jointing of MS Pipes and Specials of any thickness with required no.of welding runs as specified including matching of pipe faces with marginal gas cutting of 1/3 perimeter of the pipe dia per joint required etc.complete including cost of welding rods,confirming to IS:814–1974(Part-I&II).labour required and satisfactory hydraulic testing including testing of welded joints as per IS: 3600-1984.(Rates excluding GST)

Cutting M.S. Pipes & Specials by Gas Cutting. of any class wherever necessary (Rates excluding GST)

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mixcement concrete in M20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Rebate of old dismantled 1000 mm dia M.S. pipe including dismntling from site etc complete.
