M&L for periodical repair, maintenance & overhauling of 11 KV HT VCB 630/800 Amp including opening, checking, cleaning with CTC, cleaning wiping of insulating component, incl primary & secondary current enjection test , spouts, busbars, supports, CT, PT, cleaning contact tips, cover the expossed portion of busbar with HT tape & heat shrinkable sleeves, spout insulators for visible crack, tightness of fasterners holding moving contacts, check & correct the buffer gap adjustment & mechanism settings, meters. Testing and calibration of all relays fitted in control panels from authorized testing team of the OEM, such as earth fault relays, over current relays fitted in HT 11 KV panels for its corrections & setting with main control panel relays & MSEDCL so that individual VCB shall be tripped prior to main panel, contractor shall submit testing and calibration report showing all set parameters. Testing, cleaning & overhauling of complete operating mechanism for smooth functioning, checking of control panel wiring for operation & protection for tripping & closing & rectifying the defects all equipments including Deoxidizing of all electrical contacts replacement unserviceable wiring with ferrule & lugs, reassembling & testing of complete VCB all as directed specified and directed by Engineer in Charge . Note: (i) Required spare parts for replacement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ. (ii) This item is inclusive of cost of labour for fixing for items contained from BOQ Srl No. 02 to 30.

Supply and fix Battery charger unit 24V/10 Amp with display with all accessaries suitable for DC supply of HT VCB, operated from 415 v, 3 phase, 50 Hz ,AC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Breakdown Maintenance of 11 KV HT VCB/OCB 630/800 Amp including testing and calibration of all relays fitted in control panels by GE, for smooth functioning, checking & rectifying the defects of all equipments complete all as directed and specified by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L for Onload filtration and dehydration of transformer oil by on load filtration plant machine to achieve minimum 40 KV dielectric strength and testing the dielectric strength and contents of acid before and after filtration at different locations of 11 KV / 440 V installations complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for Filling only new transformer oil for topping up or replacement of transformer oil in the OCB, Oil switch, transformers 11 KV / 440 V at different locations during the process of filtration complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge..

Taking down transformers of capacity up to 500 KVA at site carefully after complete testing and dismantling / Opening the same and taking out coil and core assemebly through reputed firm to be approved by GE and carrying out minor repair such as as replacement of HV/LV Bushing, termination rod, nut bolts, gaskets etc and re-fixing in position including testing of present di-electric strength of transformer oil and re-assembleing the same complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply only non metal Part- HV bushing complete with packing for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA and for working pressure 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply of HT Bushing rod of suitable size for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only non metal Part- LV bushing complete with packing for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA and for working pressure 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply of LT Bushing rod of suitable size for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only main gasket of transformer and other gasket set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-inCharge

Taking down unserviceable transofrmer of capacity upto 500 KVA after complete testing and transporting from site / AGE E/M Yard to civil work shop for repair by reputed firm as approved by GE opening the same including taking out coil and core assembly, cleaning and segregating the damaged parts and replacing with brand new parts as directed and making the transformer ready for use including refilling the dehydrated transformer oil and transporting the transformer back to site, fixing in position and commissioning at site complete in all respect. Note- spares parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Material and labour for rewinding of super enameled copper wire of HV side of transformer as per original gauge incuding insulating material such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer complete all as specified and as direcetd by Engr-in-charge.

S&F air tight breather assembly made of metal body and transparent acrylic glass suitable for various sizes of transformer complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge..

S&F dial type thermometer for measuring winding /oil temperature of transformer and including taking down old UNSV dial type thermometer from the pocket to safe custody complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Maintenance of GOD, fixed on two/four pole structure including cleaning and greasing all connected parts and replacement of HT jumper - 03 nos, aligning of GOD and replacement of male and female brass contacts - 3 set of 200 Amp incl all repair and maintenance of GOD for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engr In charge.

M&L for dismantling of old and unservicable cross arms and provision of new cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from strucural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size & inclusive of one coat red oxide primer & one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint after preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S& F in reapairs Air Break switch, gang operated triple pole mechanically operated & mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism and locking arrangement worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 Amps,11000 volts all including fixing and moving contacts, post insulators, operating rod, handle etc with necessary connections/ jumpers with suitable ACSR conductor with heavy duty alkathene pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S& F in reapairs DO Fuse 100 Amp 11 KV with necessary connections/ jumpers with suitable ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & fix in repairs (HT) lightening arrestor expulsion type with all fittings, 65 kilo amps discharge capacity working pressure 11000 volts, distribution class including inter connecting with & including GI Strip 25X4mm. duly insulated on pole upto test point complete all as specified and directed. (Set of Three).

Supply & fix in replacement jointing and testing of HT cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable heat shrink for end termination out door type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for locating faults in under ground cable (HT /LT) within 06 hrs of complaint including Sunday or any holiday using cable fault locator machine taking all necessary precautions as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) If fault not located by the contractor within specified time, a penalty of Rs. 5000/- will be levied per day. (ii) Transportation charges for tracing out fault shall be deemed to be included in the the quoted rate.

Material and labour for Painting transformer of capacity 315 KVA to 500 KVA, 11KV/433V Indoor/Outdoor type with two coat of synthetic enamel grey paint after cleaning and scraping of old paint, oil, rust etc complete including writing SM Nos with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

All as per item No- 70 here-in-before but transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 250 KVA.

M & L for manual scraping of old painted surface and providing spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per the existing colour on outer surface of VCB including writing SM No and MES No. on VCB Body, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge,

Supply and fix chequered channels of mild steel plates of required size and section, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment of steel Fe - 410W ( Gde-E-250) quality - B as in flooring and in supporting members duly cut and welded with foundation complete all as directed by Enginr - in - charge.

Material and labour for cable joint/ root indicator casted in 350 x 200 x 50mm PCC tile duly engraved with 'HT CABLE/LT CABLE / HT CABLE JOINT' in letters and fixed into the ground to a minimum depth of 450 mm including PCC casting (1:4:8), type D2 with 20 mm using minimum size of graded stone aggregate duly painted complete all as specified and as directed by Engneer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable HT cable and supply & laying in trenches or passing through pipe, fixed to pole or as indicated at site, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (earthed) with stranded aluminium conductor,11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - HT joints & excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Taking down old existing cable 3 coreof size 120/95 sqmm from trenches rectifying its defects and relaying/reouting of the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning the cable duct by taking out old existing seviceable 11 KV HT cable, 3 core of size 120/95 sqmm from cable duct by opening the duct cover, removing the soil/ dust etc, cleaning the duct /trench and keeping the duct cover in its original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches carefully not. exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking out or relaying existing/ new servicable HT UG cable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing sand cushioning/filling (river sand) in trenches, for a thickness of 8cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable and punned down to a total thicknes of 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, Type 1 flat of size 300 x 180 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80mm dia bore galvanized iron tubing, light grade including all fitting for cable protection etc laid in floor or fixed to poles with clamps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Boring of holes under Road, Pavements, Hard Standing manually to a depth of 0.6 Mtr from top surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply & fix earth continuty conductor or main earthing copper strip of 32 X 6 mm dia for VCB earthing connection as required complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- The porcelain insulator will be included .

M&L for grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots , filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of serviceable /unserviceable materials to a distance n exc 50 m and clearing site complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for spraying the chemical in sub stn areas, Tech area , Domestic area and raksh nagar (total 3 location ) for burning the grass once in three months complete all as directed.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 33 (R) shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
