Up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a)Cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. (b) Cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of Cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning and brooming of floor areas like chequered tiles, paver block,IPS floors, including applying water, detergents etc adequately all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of drains including removal of earth/ slush/ mud/ silt etc. from drains including disposal of the same within a lead of 50 metres

Cleaning of Drains without siltation or sludge deposition: Open Surface drain above 250 mm width.

Carriage of Materials By Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking Manure or sludge Lead - 5 km

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
