Cleaning chamber from inside using air blower, cleaning all the terminals using CRC spray. Providing and fitting of new components such as Shunt trip coil 110 V DC -01 No, closing coil-110 V DC -01No, Breaker axillary switch-01 no, Catch Mechanism -01 no., bottom Terminal moving type with jaw contact -01 no., Anti pumping Relay-01 No. Bridge rectifier 10 A 600 V PIV -01 No., Surge arrestor 6.6 KV-01 No, Control Switch-01 no. Applying Lubricants to mechanical linkages for smooth operation, tightening all the terminals properly, checking all control wiring and replacing if any wire seems worn out/ electrical stressed. Checking spring Charging mechanism for its working in Electrically and Manual mode. Resetting/ adjustment of vacuum interrupter for proper gap between fixed and moving contacts, checking continuity of all the phases also checking IR value between fixed and moving contact of all the phases, across phases and between phase and earth using meggar. Replacing Damaged HRC fuses with new one. Complete job includes cost of material, fitting and testing charges.
