Material and labour for mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc.15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position including any type of concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including making joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 ( using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:3 on brick/concrete surfaces as in sunken floor mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the at the rate of 1.2kg per sqm as in sunken floor portion including preparation of plastered/concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repairs 40 mm bore 600mm long GI spout for drain out the surplus water from the sunken portion including cutting hole and making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, landings, window cills cooking plate form and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6, and including rounding of edges of granite slabs by grinding and rubbing and finished smooth, coloured as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Front facia edges of granite slabs shall be rounding and finished smooth. The contractor shall quote their rates considering the above element, no extra amount shall be paid on this .

All as per serial Item no. 21.00 here in before but as on vertical surfaces and over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The demolished material shall be disposed off outside MoD land. The contractor shall quote their rates considering the above element, no extra amount shall be paid on this.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class -B bricks old size, straight or curved on planexc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial Item no. 25.00 here in before but as in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for repairing of soffits of slabs and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC in any situation, including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement and fixing in position and with provision of weld mesh, applying dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in CM 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic resistant primer to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(weld mesh shall be measured and paid separately) Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of scaffolding, formwork etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in height. (ii) For payment purpose, the area of finished plaster in 2nd coat shall be considered.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete all as specified and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

S & F as aluminium grill of size, 50mm x 50mm and 8mm thick hexagonal shaped mesh, fixed to aluminium frame work with 'Y' and 'U' clip of size 15mmx12mm & fasteners complete all as specified and directed.

S&F concealed lock (push to unlock) for sliding window made with zinc body, aluminium hook and anti rust material with power coated metallic finish of approved colour having size 100mm x 24 mm incl necessary cutting for fixing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 200 mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated fancy type, anodised fixed with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5 mm thick high quality, durable acrylic panel sheet and glazing with rubber beads, clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gussest plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete of quality grade B.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / sub-floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Fine sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for Interlocking paver block and similar works etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over PCC over sand cushioning all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying chequered cement concrete tiles (glossy finish) 30cmx30cmx22mm thick made by table vibratory method set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement & pigment,over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
