Geyser Material and labour for maintence of storage type electric water heater geyser capacity 25/35/50 litre comprising of the following activities:- (a) Inspection taking down, opening, dismantling , descaling, replacing unserviceable items brushing and cleaning of storage tank and examining of water tightness of storage tank after cleaning and descaling and refixing in position (b) Check and connect earth continuity of electric items (c) checking and adjustment of pressure release valves (d) Cleaning and maintainance and refix thermostat and its functioning (e) Checking of dead weight, cleaning and seal and ensuring that vent hole is not fuctioning (f) Visual examination of fuseibie plug ((g) Testing of geyser after repair Note:- The items requires replacement will be measured and paid seapartely under relevant items as supply only

Supply only thermal cut out as per sample ISI marked for geyser any capacity complete all as specified and directed Make:- Havells/Racold/Usha or equivalent ISI Marked ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only indicator lamp as per sample to geyser of any size and shape ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI hexa nipple (set of two) of size 15 mm having screwed both ends with fine thread ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only inner shell as per sample of suitable size made of stainless steel sheet of Fe 305 22 SWG ISI Marked can bear pressuure upto 0.8 MPa suitable for geyser of any type/Make and 25/35 litres capacity complete with all suitable accessories such as thermal insulation etc ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only inner shell as per sample of suitable size made of stainless steel sheet of Fe 305 22 SWG ISI Marked can bear pressuure upto 0.8MPa suitable for geyser of any type/Make and 50 litres capacity complete with all suitable accessories such as thermal insulation etc c; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only inner base assembly as per sample complete with inlet ,outlet, thermostat pipes with drain plug and screw including clamps for holding the elements, nuts, bolt ,washer etc, ISI Marked for geyser of any type/Make and 25/35/50 litres capacity ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of copper wire, 3 core, flexible type of size 2.5 sqmm etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Havells/L&T/Finolex / Polycab

Supply only bottom cover plate (two halves) and fix with new bottom cover plate with matching colour of geysers of any type/Make and capacity ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable Non return valve and supply and dixing in poisition with new multifunction valve(NRV) ISI marked made of cast copper alloy screwed both ends internally suitable for iron pipe of size 15mm ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only safety pressure valve with vent to geyser as per latest ISI specification ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PVC connection suitable for hot water of size 15 mm x 600 mm long superior quality for geyser complete with brass adopter for geyser of any capacity ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only of neoprene seal (bottom ring)for 25/35/50 ltr capacity geyser of superior quality ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for painting the outer surface of geysers of 25/35/50 itrs as per original shade with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer by spray gun after scrapping the existing paint, denting, filling depression with putty etc and refixing the geyser in position including water/electric connection and testing, ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Brazing / welding of inner tank at leaking spots up to five leakage of geyser of capacity 25/35/50 ltrs of any type and make of tank after checking up worn out nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of brass chormium plated angle valve, fancy type of size 15mm dia screwed down for high pressure, ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sheet metal enclosure (industrial type DB) complete in 2P+E configuration with plug and socket complete with one MCB SP B Curve type of capacity 20 Amp 10 KA ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Legrand/Indoasian/siemens

SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM Disconnecting electrical connection of solar heating device carefully dismantling solar panel with water tube (copper assembly/ETC tube) rubber gasket; nut bolt; biding aluminum channel and glass carefully and servicing/Descaling/cleanning with acid & water circulation and wire brush and brazing of cooper tube checking of leakage if any . After servicing reassemble the same and testing of solar water heater ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for Sl Item No.86 (i) Contractor has to take the complaint at MES power house (E/M) from Concern JE E/M Daily Basis (Except Sunday & holiday). (ii) Contrcator has to attend the complaint within 24 Hrs after recived from JE E/M. (iii) Contrctor has to provide the Mobile no so that massges can be send on the same mobile No. (iv) For non collection of complaits from JE E/M Rs.500/- per day will be charged. (v) For Non attendence of complaints in 24 Hrs Rs.200/- per day per complaint will be charged (vi) Contractor has to return the complaint duly signed from the user with time & date.
