Execution of complete scope of work for FLARE SYSTEM PACKAGE (DEMOUNTABLE TYPE) System Package on Lumpsum Turnkey basis within Time schedule adhering to Quality and Safety guidelines for the complete LSTK package along with associated auxiliaries, accessories, facilities,Civil, structural works, piping, insulation, electrical, instrumentations & control, painting works etc. complete in all respects as detailed out in the enquiry document as a single point responsibility vendor (SPRV) which includes Project management, design, engineering, procurement engineering, procurement of raw materials and bought outs, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, dismantling of exissting flares, reourting of flare as tender document, testing, inspection, painting, insulation, packing & forwarding, supply, transportation, receiving at site, unloading, site handling, site storage & preservations, site local transportation, site civil construction, site construction, site assembly, erection & alignment, grouting, installation, hook ups, site testing,insulation, lining & final painting, pre-commissioning, start up, commissioning, HAZOP study, 3D modeling, enabling facilities, clearance of waste generated at site during site construction/installation, Performance guarantee test run, Performance & workmanship guarantee , PGTR and hand-over to client as per scope of work mentioned in the Bidding Document. Bidder to consider any other material/item also required for completion of the plant works but not specifically identified and covered above for completion of LSTK package works.; supply of all labour, materials, tools & tackles, providing construction aids and all safety devices for construction, all complete as per Bidding Document and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. • The price shall also include Supply and maintenance of plant air by providing compressor / blower & piping arrangement to feed air into steam lines and to protect burnout of external & central steam nozzle in LLP Flare Tip assemblies (due to unavailability of steam at the site during commissioning of LLP flare system) for a period of 12 months as per Technical tender • The quoted price shall also include all applicable taxes, Duties, Royalty and Levies as per bidding documents.
