Pot holes and Patch repair work on SH, MDR, ODR under Shekhupur Vidhansabha in District Budaun FY 2026-27

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.As per MORTH specification No. 404

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface, providing tack coat, 20 mm thick premix carpet and seal coat type B as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1904.2, 503 and 508.1.(Patch Repair)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Sl No 5.2 Ref. to MORTH specification 503(i)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects
