Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces of any description in any position incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10mm under layer + 5mm top layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound on top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling and soffits of staircases, waist slab surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over and including a coat of 1.5mm to 2mm thick wall care putty, to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint alkali & fungal resistance of shade deep green/camouflage pattern over a coat of exterior emulsion primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic smooth exterior smooth emulsion paint alkali & fungal resistance of shade deep green/camouflage pattern, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces including patch work for re-plastering the damaged plaster with reapir and fillingg crack upto 5mm with crack fill paste. M&L for scrappingg and removin of old paint with mechanical wal sander with metal paint scraper (havin vacuum machine for suction) having minimum 1500 RPM sandin pad of 80 ggri size havin dia 9 inch (if required) including cleaning, watering etc to make the surfaces free dust, loose paint using the jet washer, followed by one coat of exterior alcaline black primer followed by two coats of acrylic emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The rate shall be included for necessary scaffoldin, safety and protective measure).

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30cm high with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down serviceable steel tubular pole of 8.5 to 9.0m size from root carefully, transporting to other places, as directed, and re-fixing of pole with street light bracket and street light including excavation/earthwork, disposal of surplus soil, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be included complete earth work required for taking out and re-fixing of pole. (ii) PCC work and painting of pole shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.)

Taking out existing unserviceable/ defective light fitting / high bay light fitting of any wattage from poles/walls/ high mast (including taking down of high mast fitting), dismantling the complete fittings of checking out the defects, trace out damage/ unserviceable parts like driver, wire, led lamp etc and clean thoroughly the complete set and re-fixing in its original position after replacing defective parts including testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Any minor item like nuts, bolts, clamps, washers and wires for connection required to make the fittings serviceable shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Defective parts replaced shall be paid separately under respective items as 'supply only'.

M & L for Cleaning of creepers from electric pole, junction box and street light including replacement of cable gland, lugs, MCBs, tightening of earthing, orientation of street light bracket properly, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cable gland, lugs / thimble, as required, shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F 40mm nominal bore GI pipe brackets made out of medium grade pipe of required length not less than 1.20m consisting of mounting brackets made out of mild steel FI 40 x 6mm, required shape (two Nos per GI pipe brackets ) duly fitted with 4 Nos Mild steel nuts, bolts and washers in walls /poles etc. including painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking out existing unserviceable GI bracket of any shape/size from pole, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F astronomical time switch in existing street light timer panel for switching on /off lights and other electric devices according to the sunrise / sunset times based on the entered location or location coordinates including taking down old unserviceable time switch, complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of up-down function of high mast light including greasing, oiling, tightening of moving mechanism, replacement of minor parts, including replacement of control wiring for electric auto up-down function etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of minor parts including control wiring required for servicing shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.)

S&F LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V, AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast metal hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection including taking down unserviceable street light fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) complete with mild steel base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws as per IS 2713 (Part Il) 1980 made out of mild steel tubing including earth work and painting of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat or red oxide, drilling hole in pole for passing of cable from bottom to top and marking pole No on pole, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint (one coat before fixing and one finishinh coat after fixing) over exposed surfaces of pole and two coats of bituminous paint over embedded portion of pole and coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black and white colour starting with black colour (each band of 30 m wide) by two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5 Mtr height shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ii) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be included complete earth work required for fixing of pole. (iii) PCC work shall be measured paid separately under respective items.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole / stay, or cable trenches and getting out in soft/loose of any type of soil. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft loose of any type of, soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above thestarting point, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 40mm internal dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations of poles / struts/air termination rod including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping poles/struts etc., including form work, complete all as specified and directed.
