Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying / taking out of cables, erecting of poles etc, in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying / taking out of cables, erecting of poles etc, in any type of soil, exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils, in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and sub base all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, fillings and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, seismic and other similar bands, benching, coping, bed blocks, apex stones and kerbs etc including use of necessary form work and demolition of concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Supply and laying 50mm outer dia, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, erecting and fixing as in replacement in position Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long), factory painted with bituminous paint internally through out and externally upto fixing depth and remaining portion shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge (Earthwork and concrete work for embedding poles shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L as in replacement of Power Cables, Aluminium Stranded Conductor 35 sqmm, 3.5 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) complete laid in trenches / floors / ducts/ fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / transformer bushings/LT OH Line and testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement 3 pole 50 Amp power contactor, AC-3 duty rating at 415 Volts 50 Hz with AC/DC universal coil with SMART ECM, finger proof IP20 terminals and low VA burden wide operating band coils with class H insulation. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L as in replacement of Power Cables, Aluminium Stranded Conductor 16 sqmm, 4 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) complete laid in trenches / floors / ducts/ fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / transformer bushings/LT OH Line and testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in replacement of Street light mounting bracket suitable for LED fitting of length 1.50 metre, made out of light grade GI pipe of 50mm bore bent to shape (120 degree) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete with two No GI Clamps made to shape out of 50mm x 6mm flat iron, with GI nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for fixing on pole including preponing the galvanised surfaces and applying two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of primer to all steel surfaces, wall complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking down old damaged bracket and removing from site of work, complete all as directed.

Supply and fix SMC (Sheet Moulded Compound) outdoor type junction box of size 200mm x 140mm x 95mm (Outside Dimensions) with 63Amps rated four pole connector, one single pole MCB of 6 Amps rating mounted on DIN rail, stainless steel cable glands of suitable size for incoming and outgoing cables including fixing on steel tubular poles / PCC poles with 25mm x 4mm MS clamps (02 Nos), nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F as in replacement of Multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated unearthed 1100Volts grade of size 2.50 Sqmm 3.00 Core for connection from junction box to light fitting and making connection and testing for functioning of light fitting complete all as specified and as directed with and including taking down old damaged cable and removing from site of work, complete all as of directed

M & L for Painting of existing steel tubular poles 9.00 metre long with one coat of Aluminium paint on pole and cross arm, clamps, brackets fitted/fixed on pole, above GL / coping to full height of pole including preparing the steel surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and providing 03 No reflective strips of width 10cm at a height of 1.20 metre from ground level in alternate colour (green, white and green) around the pole of pattern, as approved by GE and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved by Engieer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting of tree branches ( girth not more than 10 cm) falling over the street lights for all around clearance of the fittings carefully to avoid any damage to the light fittings and disposing of the cut tree branches to a distance not more than 100 mtrs complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement 120W LED flood light shall be a commercial-grade luminaire with a system wattage of 120 watts and a luminous flux of 14,400 lumens, providing a luminaire efficiency of minimum 120 lm/W and above. It shall have a correlated color temperature of 5700K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) greater than 80. The fitting must maintain lumen output for at least 50,000 hours and operate efficiently within a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. It shall be equipped with toughened glass and a secondary lens offering a beam angle of 60 degrees. The input voltage shall be in the range of 120 to 277 VAC, with a system current of 1.86 amps at 240V, and operate at 50 Hz frequency. The light shall incorporate SPD protection of 5kV and 10kV and conform to Ingress Protection level IP66. A minimum 2-year replacement warranty shall be provided. Complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fixing as in replacement 150W LED flood light shall also be a commercial luminaire with a luminous flux of 18,000 lumens, maintaining a luminaire efficiency of minimum 120 lm/W and above. It shall feature a correlated color temperature of 5700K and CRI >80, with lumen maintenance for 50,000 hours. It shall function properly in the temperature range of -10°C to +50°C, with toughened glass and a 60 degree secondary lens beam angle. The voltage input shall be 120–277 VAC, drawing 1.86 amps at 240V, and the system frequency shall be 50 Hz. Surge protection of 5kV and 10kV shall be included. The ingress protection rating shall be IP66, and the product shall carry a minimum replacement warranty of 2 years. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement LED street light 72W - Supply of LED Street light 72W outdoor type with high pressure diecast aluminium housing having rated luminaire efficacy of not less than135 lm/W and total luminous flux 9720 lumens , power factor ≥ 0.95 , THD < 10 % with LED life span of > 50000 hrs provided with 4 kv internal surge protection and 10 Kv external surge protection including Ingress protection IP66 , Impact resistance IK08 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement LED street light 90 W - Supply of LED Street light 90 W outdoor type with high pressure diecast aluminium housing having rated luminaire efficacy of not less than 135 lm/W and total luminous flux 12150 lumens , power factor ≥ 0.95 , THD < 10 % with LED life span of > 50000 hrs provided with 4 kv internal surge protection and 10 Kv external surge protection including Ingress protection IP66 , Impact resistance IK08 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement LED street light 120 W - Supply of LED Street light 120 W outdoor type with high pressure diecast aluminium housing having rated luminaire efficacy of not less than 135 lm/W and total luminous flux 16200 lumens , power factor ≥ 0.95 , THD < 10 % with LED life span of > 50000 hrs provided with 4 kv internal surge protection and 10 Kv external surge protection including Ingress protection IP66 , Impact resistance IK08 complete all as specified and directed.

g) MCB SP 25 Amps 10 KA -03 Nos . h) Terminal block suitable for 100A rating with brass contacts for INPUT/and 63 Amps for OUTPUT termination i) Enclosure factory made CPRI approved openable from front with double door , dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with minimum size 600 mm (W)x 800 mm(H)x 200 mm(D) having MS angle iron frame 50x50x6mm with 04 nos legs 600 mm long, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for grouting of base,suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz and earthing. The GPRS Unit : The GPRS shall have seven segment display to show voltage ,current ,network and street light status or fault status ,it should also have indicator for showing supply status ,timer ,overload or high low voltage . It should also able to measure Volt

age, Current and automatic set street light overload current .

GPRS communication between control system and cloud server should be bi-directional and can control and alter settings from website also .Unit have facility to call back to registered number for power on/off and if any fault occurs at site in SMS, it should also monitor power/on/off time light on off time ,ampere ,voltage ,unit mode ,network percentage date and mobile number who called device number .The device should also have battery backup with minimum 24 hour backup capacity . Password protection for Accessing the control of device via web/app/sms/IVRS. Smart street light control system should have three modes to operate light:- a) Automation mode (Street Light should operate as per request from user via website /app /SMS/call/or GPRS unit settings) b) LUX mode (Street Light switch on off as per Dusk to Down sensor Base) c) Bypass mode (Street Light should operate directly in this mode

d) Programmable time switch mode e) should be compatible with existing dashboard. The GPRS smart unit should be capable of sending following alerts via gprs connection to server and also by SMS to user:- (a) Phase wise over current / short circuit (b) High voltage/Low voltage (c) Group failure of lights (d) No output supply (e) Light on/off time (f) Configuration setting (g) Operated by :- manual /SMS/call/app/IVRS and mobile number(more than two) in case of operated by phone call or SMS

(h) Under load and over load detection(i) Mode of unit (j) GSM network percentage (k) RTC base timer setting and light protection settings . (l) Date/time (m) Power on timer (n) Daily run time ,total run time (o) Registered phone number. The website have facility to live instantons load update, Total monthly /weekly/daily report download and view ,configuration for user hierarchy from the GPRS, Configuration for SMS and IVRS call for alert as specified and directed. there should be option to schedule 4 timer , overload ,High/low voltage setting /number registering ,checking list of registered number same can be set by SMS also.

(i) Factory made name plates with feeder names / Bldg Nos shall be fixed on relevant incomer / outgoing MCCB doors. (ii) The Contractor shall submit set of all drawings of the L.T. Pillar Boxes and its components in duplicate and get the same approved from GE before commencement of production. The contractor shall furnish all details and clarifications required if any for scrutiny and evaluation. Manufacture of material to be supplied shall be done strictly as per approved drawing. However, approval of drawing shall not absolve the contractor/supplier of his liability for ensuring correctness according to applicable standards & regulations.

Supply, installation, testing , commissioning and erectioning as in replacement Solar blinker Ultrabrights LED traffic lights , amber colour, 230V AC ,50 Hz, size of 300mm diameter, moulded polycarbonate enclosures IP-65 protection , front hood made of HDPE, inbuilt battery 24 AH, wattage not less than 6 Watt and not exceeding 10 Watt with solar panel of 40 Watt alongwith mouting frame including suitable size of Pole of length 5 mtrs, 75mm dia , drilling of necessary holes including bolts, nuts and washers as required and painting with two coats of yellow paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed, surfaces of poles and two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto the planting depth complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Pole painting, PCC (1:3:6) for erecting the pole, PCC (1:2:4) for coping/muffing of pole, wiring with suitable size of copper wire and clamping etc all inclusive with item rate.

M & L as in replacement earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected with and including GI /Steel 32 mm x 6mm earth lead strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron / steel complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, funnel, plain cement concrete (1 :3:6) type C-1 Chamber, precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 pit cover of appropriate size with and including steel reinforcement, of thickness 50mm, charcoal, common salt including protection of earthing strip by and including 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade and 20mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade pipe for watering complete all as specified

as shown on drg /plates as indicated and as directed including dismantling existing earthing and removing demolished materials outside the MoD land as directed. Notes :- (a) RCC pit cover shall be precast with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 100mm c/c bothways. (b) Earth lead 32mm x 6m of galvanised iron / steel protected with 40mm bore GI pipe shall be provided upto a length of 7.50 metre.

M&L for entire operation required for shifting the 9.00 m existing steel tubular pole vertical and erect in position by way of disconnecting overhead conductors if any, taking out pole from foundation, dismantling the foundation concrete, filling the foundation with cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-1 then after erecting the new pole and concrete 1:2:4 type B1 coping around the pole above ground level, as per strandardised requirements, including excvation if any required and removal of rubbish to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for entire operation required for shifting of octogonal any type/size including foundation all connections and shifting the pole to new location, errection of pole including PCC Work, earthwork, cable connections and necessary nut/bolts/washers etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fabricate in replacement of inspection door / door cover for all type of octagonal poles includidng suitable type of key ,nuts, bolts ,washers and connected accessories etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
