provision for Removing white colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Provision for Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint two or more coat on old wall surface of interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Provision of brick masonry work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of 1st class in superstructure above plinth level with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 c.sand) curring etc. complete.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting racking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including collect of rubbish to outside of gate etc. complete.

Provision for 15 mm thick cement plaster work with 1:4 Cement mortar ( 1 Cement : 6 Coarse Sand) including curing etc complete.

provision for Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Provision for Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) on the Mumty excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement etc complete.

Provision Form work of centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for mumty roof height of 6 mtr height including labour and material etc complete.

Provision Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars complete.

Providing and laying brick bat coba with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10 over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat etc complete.

Providing and placing on terrace polyethylene water storage tank, IS: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet and outlet and overflow pipes etc. complete. (5 No. x 1000lt. each tank)
