Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in foundation including ramming compacting and curing etc complete.

Providing and laying 2" thick flag stone from Bansi Pahadpur over a 20mm thick mortar bed of 1:4 Cement Mortar giving proper slope on floor including chiseling and cutting the stone in required size and jointed with matching cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab etc complete.

Providing and applying Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. Thickness of plaster to be more than 12m etc complete as per the directions provided by engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre etc complete as per directions provided by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc., 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required Centering complete

Shifting heavy sculptures and other architectural members which are locked inside old sculpture godown and arranging them for display on the pedestals in the new sculpture shed with lead approx 70 meter in proper manner very carefully using jute bags, chain, ballies, etc to avoid any damage for proper display on pedestals etc complete in all respect as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Levelling & dressing the undulated area by cutting/digging average depth 0.25mtr surplus earth & Spreading in the low laying area by compacting and using the water & disposal of Surplus earth/ boulder out side the working area with lead up to 100 mtr by head load etc complete.

Providing water tanker 5000 ltr capacity for masonry work and curing purpose.

Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work after stacking and measuring by mechanical transportation upto lead of 5 km from site area for site clearance and good appearance. (Note - It is for estimate purpose only actual qty. will be measured and recorded during execution of the work)

Providing and fixing 100mm thick Bijoliya stone bench of size 1.50x 0.60 x 0.45 mtr with two vertical support in different location as per design / Pattern /drawing attached .

Supply and fixing 50mm thick Bijoliya stone (un polished) Dustbin Size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.75 mtr in Baori premise and surrounding area with moulding and carving complete including supplying and fixing ISI mark PVC dustbin inside as per design /pattern /drawing attached.

Providing and fixing Retro reflecting direction boards at acess point of highway/ roads (Size 1.20 x 0.90 mtr) outer frame 65mm dia Stainless steel pipe grade 304 with and inner frame 40mm dia SS pipe with 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed in frame with blue back ground and text in white colour both side complete with labour and material as per design and drawing attached.
