Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description (trenches, walls, ceilings., etc) from various locations, including any short length and Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 120 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, cable glands and jointed in any description complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exceed to a distance of 50 mtr where directed at a level not exc . 1.5M above the starting point

Supply and laying dry river sand / M-Sand laid in trenches as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only measured and paid

M & L for brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Rate for Interconnecting copper control cable along with necessary copper lugs are inclusive in the quoted rates. (c) The dimension of panel given in the schedule are approximate size only. The contractor should obtain necessary approval / layout /general arrangement for panel form Engg in Charge prior to commencement of work. (d) Cost for connecting of existing old UG cable of any size / type to new incoming / out going terminals by cutting the required length, addn/altrn and provision of necessary cable lugs, cable glands, nut, bolt and washers, etc., shall be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated 2 core stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sqmm nominal cross section in service connection / light connections in poles all as diretced

Supply and fix or laying in trenches / on wall / poles / structures in repairs GI tubing light grade for road crossing for cable protection of the following sizes including necessary suitable size MS flat fixing clamps, fixing screws complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs clamp made up of GI strip 25 x 3 mm thick to fix in the RCC/PCC pole for tying of street light connection cable of required length / size from bottom to top of the LT pole incl necessary GI nut, bolt and washers complete all as directed.

M & L for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 mtr long, by applying one coat of alluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms . Alluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 Mtr hight from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enammelled paint ( 30 cms each) Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in repairs of LED Floodlight luminaire 240 watts capacity with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sik in aluminium extrusion and IP66 Protection fixed in the AOL bracket of High mast light fittings all as specified and as directed. (Make : Bajaj Cat No BARFEG 240W LED or equivalent in Philips / CG)

Supply and fix in repairs of LED Floodlight luminaire 200 watts capacity with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sik in aluminium extrusion and IP66 Protection fixed in the AOL bracket of High mast light fittings all as specified and as directed. (Make : Bajaj Cat No BARFEG 200W LED or equivalent in Philips / CG)

S & F in repairs HT / LT MS cable route indicator 5" to 6" dia fixed with two Nos of nut, bolt and washers and provision of PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate of not less than 0.02 cum in each at base buried under the ground incl necessary earth work complete all as directed.

Demolition of old PCC of any descrption from site M & L new PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for fdn in any description with one side trawal finishes.
