Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

G.I. pipes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Supplying at site :

R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3(1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm barnibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete worksin foundation to be paid separately).

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded incement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post andcorner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one sideonly, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wireweighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two postsfitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wiretied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C.posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :-Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.
