Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) Foundations M-30 Grade, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc,basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for servicing of High Mast of less than 15 Mtrs height by lowering, checking, rectifying the defects, over hauling of winch drum assembly, motor including checking and replacing of gears, winch motor, wire ropes, trailing cable along with lugs, lubricating the moving mechanism and raising the high mast upto its height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Terminal block, Bearings of motor if required will be measured & paid separately under relevant schedule items.
