Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)
The bidder shall be registered KPWD Civil contractor (KPWD License)
The bidder shall have GST registration certificate issued by the competent authority
Satisfactorily completed, as contractor for at least one similar work to an Extent of 50% of the cost of the work in any Government/ Public undertaking. Order copies/ certificates shall be submitted
The bidder shall have to upload the Turn over statement FY 2018-19 to 2022-23 duly certified by the Charted Accountant with UDIN number and submit the certificate of Income tax returns and balance sheets (P&L) i.e., FY 2018-19 to 2022-23.
The Bidder shall have to scan and upload address proof details along with contact details for communication if any
The bidders shall have to upload existing commitments and on-going works should be countersigned by not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.
Turnover Achieved in at least two financial years an average financial turnover of Rs 96.00 Lakhs
