Repair/maintenacne of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes,door cards,car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of crack/broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs /maint of unserviceable damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Maintenance of damaged hand rail, Shaft, light/switches, complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts , Cont...

Cont... fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work ,cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan , ensure safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maint of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing, two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels and Control panels using spray gun complete, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for the following lifts: Location :- Visakha bldg lift 13 PS (884 Kg) Escon Make G+15 upper floor. (iv) All necessary arrangemenbt /spare parts required for smooth operation of lifts included in the quoted rate and except the parts of mentioned in ser No 02 to 17 measured and paid separatrely.

Note : - For item No. 1.00 to 3.00 (i) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM only (ii) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its fucntions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (iii) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (iv) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (v) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (vi) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. (vii) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material (viii) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (x) Bidders are to submit license from Govt. of maharashtra for maintenace & erection of lifts issued by chief electrical inspector.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective infra red door sensor of any make and supply and fix new infra red door sensor up to full length of car door complete all as specified and directed in certain lift at Nofra. Make- Lamda, Weco, TL Jones as approved

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable hall push button assembly and supply fix with new hall push button assembly complete with stainless steel face plate to match with the existing and connecting up with existing control / electric system including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of masonry work to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable COP assembly, Panel assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position, alarm, non stop door open, door close, cabin fan, cabin light stop etc with direction indicator with LED display with CPI card of stainless steel face plate in and including necessary wiring for illuminating push button complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting and taking out old defective V3F door operator with all connected accessories from existing car door, supply and fix new V3F door drive operator suitable to existing motor mechanism unit suitable for existing door opening and connected with existing system including testing and commissioning complete for smooth and jerk free working of lift car door all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down old/unserviceable pit pulley and machine room pulley and supply and fix new pulley complete all as specified and directed at site

Taking out old defetive/ worn out speed governer both pit and machine room supply and fix new speed governer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix rope over load relay sensor from 3 to 5 ropes suitable for upto 13 passenger capacity lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :-As per OEM recommendation as per design of existing installed lifts

Disconnecting and taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing new main drive VVVF drive upto G+05 storey building complete with all electric connection.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way and supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 16 core flat / round type with multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 0.75 Sqmm confirming to IS and including thimbless suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movements between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with midway junction and other connection required in circut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix LED light square/circle type fix to existing false ceiling with complete wiring and all required necessary items all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable battery 12 V, 17 AH (04 Nos) five year Maintenance free battery, Make : Exide/Amaron) to match with the existing capacity motor and controller system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable/ burnt lift motor from the lift machine room and Rewinding of electrical motor 15HP capacity 3 phase 415 V , including rewinding of the motor by proper gauge of copper wire with class E insulation with Varnishing, heating and re-assembling and testing at the site directed by Engineerr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and takingout unservicable emergency alarm system Complete supply & fix new emergency alarm /Hooter system having audible rang more than 0.1 km assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card battery backup battery charging unit and speaker including necessary control/electric connection wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineerr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out defectives dynamic breaking resistence from controller and supply and fixing new aluminium covered wire wound dynamic breaking resistor to absorb the reserve energy dissipation of motor during regeneration in control operation suitable for existing capacity motor.

Taking down broken granite slab and material an labour for 20 mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut, mirror polished set on vertical surfaces 300 mm width allround with lift facial elevation including back casting cement mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick and joint filling with white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite for lift archive at all floors as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old rusted and broken LT panel. Supply & fixing, installaling, testing and commissioning of LT panel CPRI indoor type cubical shape,three phase, 4 wire, aluminium bus bar rating 200 amps for phases and 200 amps for neutral made out of CRCA sheet of size 1.0 x 1.5 x 0.50 and 2.15 mm thick ,factory fabricated , CPRI approved , powder coated ,dust and vermin proof , provision for ventilation , angle iron frame and four legs of 50x50x6mm thick angle iron ,1.5 feet long grouted on PCC foundation of height not less than 40 cm from the ground level , grouting properly ,and of suitable size to accomodate the items mentioned below and having separate compartment /chambers for cable gallery busbar, switch gear etc all as specified and comprising of following including necessary PCC Work, cable connections to the MCCBs ,degital voltmeter/Ammeter and cable lugs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA -01 No Make Legrand / Havells/ L&T (ii) MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA -03 No Make Legrand / Havells/ L&T (iii) Phase indicating lamps in red / blue / yellow colours "LED type" - 03 Nos (iv) Digital multimeter showing voltmeter, Ammeter, frequency, PF, KWH. (v) MCB 40 Amps - 05 Nos
