Extension of existing Copper tubing by way of providing, fitting & testing of seamless copper tubing of following diameters, solid drawn of thickness 0.9mm for oxygen line. The medical grade copper tubing shall be seamless hard tempered.The job includes cutting of copper tubing, silver brazing, polishing, providing and fitting of copper fittings like nipples, sockets, elbows, reducers, tees etc. The copper tubing shall be fitted on the wall with the help saddles, clamps etc and shall have to be tested at a pressure 3 times than the working pressure of oxygen.

Providing, fitting and testing of new PB type oxygen flow meter with humidifier bottles connected to the self sealing valves of oxygen. BPC oxygen flow meter shall be offering the latest technical improvements for a precise measuring of the flow, with +/-5% accuracy. The body of the flow meter shall be chrome plated Brass, graduated flow tubes and cover made of polycarbonate. The flow meters shall have adjustable flow by needle valve with micro metrical regulation. The flow meter shall be able to compensate back pressure and shall have a standard flow of 0-15 LPM. The inlet filter of flow meter shall be made of stainless steel wire net and is be connected to the outlet of self sealing valve with humidifier bottles. This includes providing and fitting of necessary copper fittings complete in all respects.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of CE certified, pressure tested, Oxygen PB type Gas outlets properly cleaned for medical gas service. Each outlet will have less than 3 psi (21KPa) pressure drop through the outlet @ 120 l/min. and 50 psig (345KPa) inlet pressure. For outlets providing positive pressure gas, the outlet will be equipped with a primary and secondary check valve will be rated for 200psi (1,379 kPa) allowing the primary check valve to be removed for services without isolating the entire zone. The wall outlets will have a gas specific back body with steel mounting plate, which allows outlets to be ganged together with a center line spacing of 5” (127mm). Each back body will be equipped with a 6½” (165mm) length type “K” copper pipe stub which is brazed to the outlet body. The inlet pipe can be swiveled 360 degrees for ease of installation.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of brass metal ball type Isolation Valves of following diameters. The job includes fitting of the valve on the pipeline by means of brazing with silver electrode along with necessary fittings required to complete the job. 12mm
