REPAIRING/ REPLACEMENT

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick : 4 mm thick glass pane (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing PTMT Tower Bolts with 12 mm one piece rod inside and necessary screws etc., complete. PTMT Tower bolt 152x42x18mm

PAINTING

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution

Applying a coat of mordant solution on G.S. sheet: With a solution made of 13 gms of hydrochloric acid in a solution of 13 gms each of copper chloride, copper nitrate and ammonium chloride dissolved in a litre of soft water

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture .

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Painting (one or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work : 100 mm diameter pipes

Mirror polishing on marble work. Granite work. Stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Dismantling

Dismantling plastered brickwalls in cement mortar including cleaning, stacking the useful materials as directed by engineer-in-charge and dumping the dismantled debris as indicated at site, levelling, consolidating, all complete as directed and disposing the debris away from site all complete as directed.

BURIAL PIT

Providing and placing in position R.C.C. well ring made with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with stone chips and 0.80% reinforcement (including the cost of shuttering and reinforcement) cast at site fitted and fixed in position after proper curing true to plumb in the well including jointing with cement mortar 1:2 complete as per direction. 65 mm thick and 0.9 metre internal dia. including Escavation Filling, etc Complete as per the Engineer in charge.

Providing and placing in position precast reinforced cement concrete slab units, 1200 MM Dia and 100 MM Thick, as per design and shape for floors in 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size), including flush or deep ruled pointing at joints in Cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Fine sand), making necessary holes of required sizes for carrying through service lines etc., providing 2 Nos of 88.9MM Outer Diameter steel pipes for lifting etc, form work in precasting, handling, hoisting, reinforcement, centering and erection complete.
