Providing and injecting Chemical emulsion for PRE - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier on the top surface of plinth filling, inside junction of wall and floor, on top of damp proof course (DPC) or on masonry at level of plinth filling as per IS 6313 (Part-2)-1981 using chemical like chloropyripos emulsifiable, Biflex TC, lindane (IS 8944-1978) 20EC mixed with water in 1:19 ratio (1 litre chemical : 19 litres of water). The emulsion shall mentioned below, all as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Plinth area in plan at GF shall only be measured and paid. A guarantee bond of 10 years shall be furnished. Rate shall be inclusive of material required for Anti Termite Treatment and labour and equipments required for applying all etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. A1) Bottom surface and the sides of the excavation made for masonry foundations at the rate of 4 litres/sq m (wherever applicable). A2) At the rate of 7.5 litre/ sq m to the backfill at the depth of 500mm below the original ground level. The soil in the immediate contact with the vertical surface of RCC column/ Masonry shall be treated. B) Top surface of the plinth filling including damp proof courses at the rate of 5 liter/sq m of internal plinth area etc. complete. C) At the rate of 7.5 litre/ sq m to the internal vertical surface from original Ground level to top of the earth filled in the plinth. D) At the rate of 7.5 litre/ sq m to the external vertical surface below finished Ground level to the full depth of the filling complete. E) 1 litre / linear meter along the junction of wall and floor at all stages.
(2. CONCRETE WORKS) Providing and laying in position machine mixed, machine mixed plain cement concrete (PCC) of M15 grade including all necessary dewatering, casting in panels of any size and thickness wherever necessary, to shape and depth as specified at all locations and with all leads and lift/depth, compaction, vibration, curing, transporting and pumping wherever necessary including the cost of form work (if required) and removal of formwork etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.
Providing and laying in position machine mixed, machine batch, machine vibrated design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work of specified grade using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 (whichever is higher) for all elements of any shape and size, at all places and heights/ depths including laying of concrete, vibrating, finishing and curing etc. and including Admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of providing grooves, drip moulds, ghisis, pockets, cutouts etc. and labour for insert sleeves if any wherever required while casting. Rate also to include lift charges and scaffolding for all heights / depths from FFL / GL. Extra for Colour Concrete : Extra over concrete for providing and adding colour pigment as admixture of approved make and shade as per manufacturer's specification in specified grade of plain/ reinforced cement concrete for any type of element as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be for actual volume of concrete cast with colour pigment.
Constructing cast in situ RCC diaphragm wall in soil & Soft Rock by providing and laying machine batched, machine mixed, self compacting, ready mix reinforced cement concrete, tremie controlled, of M35 grade using minimum cement content for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 design for severe condition (whichever is higher) per cum of concrete including providing and mixing required admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103, as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, for achieving 150 - 200 mm slump, for diaphragm wall having thickness as per approved structural design not exceeding 800 mm, in panels of required depth and lengths as per approved drawing, including constructing necessary guide walls as required and as specified including boring in all kinds of soils including working in or under water and/ or liquid mud, in foul conditions and pumping or bailing out of water and removing slush, including disposal of earth/ rock/ slush etc. for all leads and all lifts, including preparing, providing and re-circulating bentonite/polymer slurry in the trench as and when required for all depths, including agitating bentonite/polymer slurry during trenching etc., providing and fixing stop ends or form tubes, upto the required depth of diaphragm wall including extracting the same after casting, including chipping off the bentonite adulterated concrete or unsound concrete up to the cut off level for obtaining the sound concrete, dressing undulations on the exposed face of diaphragm wall after excavation by chipping/ chiselling etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including providing recess for bearing plates and fixing insert boxes for inclined rock anchors etc. complete as per the specifications and approved design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, but excluding the cost of reinforcement and inserts. (Rates include cost of all inputs of labour, material and T & P, cost of handling, lifting & placing in position the reinforcement cage in the trench, including the additional cost of welding the reinforcement bars etc. involved in the work and all other incidental expenditure for completing the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge), however, the actual area of the diaphragm wall, correct to two places of decimel, from design bottom level to the design cut off level only shall be measured for payment.

Boring in all sorts of strata, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of garde M-35 laying in position machine mixed, machine batch, machine vibrated design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work of specified grade using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 (whichever is higher) of specified diameter and length below pile cap, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with adequet machinery as per requirement of site condition, including preparing plateform for boring etc. and removing the same after completion of work, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. complete, including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads, including the cost of boring with bentonite solution, use of tremie pipe, including chipping of overflow concrete and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS liner made of MS plate having thickness as per approved drawing for initial length of cast-in-situ concrete piles including all operation such as straightening, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, driving, placing in position, applying 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of anticorrosive paint etc. complete as per specification excluding temporary liner if provided. Depth of liner shall be decided by Engineer-in-charge and as per site condition.

Providing & Placing in position suitable 200mm wide Heavy duty Centrally placed PVC Water Stops of any profile suitable for all elements of approved make like fosroc or equivalent conforming to IS:12200 for construction between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring of concrete to keep in position during concreting etc. complete as per specification and as per the direction of EIC. Shape and size of water stop shall be as per site condition and as per manufacturer's specifications.
Providing & Fixing Sil Flex - (Capcell HD 100) Premoulded Compressible Filler Board of 40mm thickness in black colour, manufactured by The Supreme Industries Limited, conforming to MORTH specification (clause 1015), having minimum density 95 Kg/Cum, Non Staining with less than 1% water absorption & compression recovery of 93% minimum as per specifications. including cutting to required size and shape, at all levels / all floors / all heights, etc. complete, as per drawings / specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Providing and filling the expansion joints, with polysulphide sealant / exterior grade PU sealant with application of primer including scraping / removing the expansion filler materials from joints, cleaning, repaing of the edges with epoxy mortar of approved color and make, placing of backup material (polyethylene baker rod of Supreme), fixing of abro tapes on the edges to prevent the adjoining surface, at all levels/ all floors / all height etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. Providing weep holes in Plain/ Reinforced concrete/ Masonry abutment/ compound wall/ return wall with 110 mm dia PVC pipe of 6kg/cm2 covered with non woven geo-synthetic filter upto half lenth of pipe and dia of pipe, with proper slope and filling the same with "No fine concrete" and finishing the same as per surrounding, including scaffolding, cutting and reinforcement bars, curing etc. complete as per direction.
Providing wet drilling accurate and clean holes of 152mm clear diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration by core cutting (diamond drilling) machine of HILTI or equivalent including scaffolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning for all levels/ all height as per structural consultant's drawing, after approval of engineer in charge etc compete. Measurement will be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorised approved agency.
Providind & applying polymer modified mortar in patch of displaced concrete. Proportion for modified mortar, cement 1 parts by weight 50kg, coarse river Sand 3 part by weight 150 kg, polymer Latex 0.15 part by weight 10 kg, water 0.30 to 0.35 part by 15 to 17.50 Liter. One bag of cement 50 Kg (Work Output) -0.105 cum, consumption of polymer latex 7.5 kg -.105 Cu.mt. Providing & laying approved quality Riverwash kota stone of approved shade, thickness 30mm, in floor, pathway, sitting etc. in sizes upto 600mm x 600mm including average 40 mm thick cement mortar bedding in 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement etc complete as per approved sample by Architect, drawings and instruction of EIC for at all floors/ all levels/ all heights and all shapes. The rate includes machine cut edges of uniform thickness, curing, finishing, Fill joint with epoxy upto 10mm depth but not less then 5mm and protecting the flooring. Only finished work will be measured and paid. Bands of different materail as per drawing as pattern in any type of flooring shall be meausered and paid in relevent tender item . No extra payment shall be made for creating any type of bands.

The rate includes machine cut edges of uniform thickness, curing, finishing and protecting the flooring. Only finished work will be measured and paid. Providing and fixing Decorative Cast Iron Railing/Fencing/Grill on compound wall and other location as per approved design which includes necessary pattern making, casting, finishing, fabrication, fixing, grinding, shot blasting , necessary tools, tackles, labor and required civil work, welding, riveting and finishing & painting as per detailed specification and satisfaction of Architect and Engineer in Charge. The Cast Iron should be painted with two coats of Zinc Chromate Yellow Oxide and two coats of Enamel Paint of desired shade and make as approved by the Architect and Engineer In Charge etc complete.
11) PAINTING WORKS:- Providing & applying 100% External Acrylic emulsion Paint of desired shed from Apex ultima of Asian, ICI or equivalent in minimum three coats (1 coat of exterior grade primer and 2 coats of paint) to give an even shade with brush on exterior sand faced plastered surfaces / mala plastered surfaces / textured surface or any surfaces at all heights including scaffolding, thoroughly brushing the surfaces with sand paper to make it free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter etc. complete as per the manufacture's specification and up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The rate shall also include the cost of filler for cracks on the surfaces. (Rate shall be inclusive of minimum 1 coat of exterior grade appropriate primer).
Providing and applying Silicone paint of Wacker SILRES(R) BS 290 or equivalent dilute in praportion 1 liter : 13 liter solvent as recommended by manufacturer over exposed concrete surface, stone masonry, stone paving (Two coats on wet on wet applied ) for all height, all level etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, so as original look does not change. The contractor shall furnish a minimum 5 years guarantee on stamp paper to the employer directly. Rate shall be inclusive of tools, tackles and necessary scafolding for application.
Providing and applying 400 microns thick coal tar extended epoxy resin coating to sound concrete surface after carry out surface preparation to remove loose concrete, curing compound or any other foreign material, mixing base and hardener component of Coal tar extended epoxy resin coating, apply first coat at 200 microns DFT using suitable brush or roller, allow the first coat to dry for 6 hrs at 35°C followed by application of application of second coat at 200 microns DFT in perpendicular direction to first coat etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification for all level all depth as directed by engineer incharge. Coal tar extended epoxy resin coating shall be having 100% solid contents by weight, specific gravity - 1.54 at 27°C, Curing efficiency – 93 % (BS 7542), Water absorption <0.01 % (ASTM D 570), Bond Strength: min 1 N/mm2 (BS 1881 Pt 207), Water Permeability: nil at @ 2 bars pressure over 3 months, Salt spray test: nil @ 200 microns DFT over 1000 hrs (BS 1881 Pt. 124:1988), Impact Resistance: passed (BS 3900 Pt E3) & Chemical resistance checked in accordance with ASTM D 453

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.
Providing and fixing rubber speed breakers (with polyurethane binder) of size 500mm x 350mm x 50mm lining with 8 no of inbuilt cat eyes per piece Including intermediate and end members as per manufacturer's specifications or supplier's specifications and as directed by engineer in charge. Weight of speed breaker approximate 15 Kg/Rmt and weight capacity 20 Tons with high impact resistance and brutal weather condition. Speed breaker shall be fixed with grout (min 8 holes for fixing per piece) and as per manufacturer's specification. Sample shall be approved by engineer in charge.
Providing and applying average 2.5 mm thick road marking strips of any size, shape, graphic, letter etc (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
Supplying and fixing cat eye (Stimsonite) made out from Acrilo beautile sterine injuction high compressed molding with reflector made of MMC (prismatic type of size 12cm x 6cm x 2.5cm) provided with bituminous adhesive 100g. with each unit for fixing.
Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates/ sand satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.
Pre cast concrete kerb for liner kerbing in plan Providing & fixing M25 grade of concrete precast exposed/ fare finish/ texture finish kerb stones of Vyara and as per sample approved of any sizes, any shape. Kerbs shall be fixed on the foundation prepared of M15 grade concrete as of approved design including curing, formwork etc. complete. The rate shall also include for erecting and fixing the pieces in position for complete Kerb systems with Chamfered type of kerbs including necessary accessories of kerb like Radius Kerbs, Angles and Quadrant Kerbs etc complete as per drawing. The rate shall also include the flush pointing in CM (1:2) for all joints of the kerbstones. (Sample must be approved). The contractor rate shall also include the cost of excavation, base PCC M15 grade and finish good, curing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be unit of One Cum.
Cast insitu kerb Providing and laying cast in situ cement concrete kerbs in curveture shape/ agular shape of M25 grade (approximate kerb size - 300mm x 150mm) including casting, shuttering, finishing, curing etc complete as per drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Top surface of kerb shall be immediate finish by trowel (to be done at site) as per drawing. Monolithic and homogeneous casting is required using MS mould only. Two layer casting is not allowed in any case. Rate shall be inclusive of shuttering (contractor must use new shuttering), immediate trowel finish, expose rendering, curing etc complete with good finish at ground level. Reinforcement, fiber, excavation, base PCC etc shall be paid in relevant items.
15.0 (B) GENERAL DEVELOPMENT WORKS:- Paver Block Laying Colored/ Grey 80mm thk, M-45 Grade Providing and laying shot blasted Non- interlocking, Grey/ Colored brick type paver blocks of 80 mm thick M-40 grade machine made and blasting by automatic shot blasting machine and high density of as per approved sample of Vyara, Alcock, Super, Nishu for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. Including providing and laying 50 to 80 mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand below paver block as per required grading and specification. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. The work of the paving blocks shall be executed in line and level by skilled mason of flooring work only. It should be laid in such a way that the no cutting of the paver block to be necessary. If cutting of paver block shall be required, than cut by machine only and laying to be done by skilled flooring mason. The Finished surface of the Paver Block shall have Coarse Sand Texture Finish. Paver blocks shall be compacted and shall be re-laid if necessary. Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without any wastage.
Providing and making Tree pit. It includes excavation upto 600 mm depth including removal of the debris, Size of the pit is 1000 mm dia. Hume pipe of 900mm dia. NP2 class with 600mm height to be placed in the excavated pit and outside area of the Hume pipe to be filled with the good quality earth completed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall also include necessary fixing with Road as shown in the drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing Tree Guard, fabricated from 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle and 32 x 32 mm of 3.2 mm thick weld mesh as per drawing and details. Necessary provisions for the anchoring to floor shall be made in the tree guard. Tree guard shall be painted with 1 coat of epoxy primer of 50 to 60 micron DFT (dry film thickness) and 2 top coats of Metal PU Paint of having DFT 40 to 50 micron of approved shade of MRF or equivalent paint as per manufacture’s specification over all the surfaces or as specified in the drawing as per the shade approved as per the drawing and specification. The rate shall also include the fixing of necessary name plate. (Sample to be approved)
Tree pit cover - Providing, making & fixing tree pit cover around the tree pit, factory made exposed /fare finish precast Tree pit cover block of two halve in FRC concrete of size - 0.90Mt x 0.90Mt x 0.065mt including transporting, fixing etc. complete. The rate shall also include for erecting and fixing the pieces in position as shown in the drawing with necessary equipments without any demage. (Sample to be approved)
Supplying and Planting with well grown Shrubs for planter of average height 3' to 4' and as per approved species and planting inexisting plater/ pits by providing and mixing FYM with soil pesticide & insecticide. Plants should be disease free and fungus free in 8"x 10" polythene bag. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period but not before stabilizing the shrubs. Mortality rates to be inclusive. Work shall be done as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by EIC.
Tree Plantation - Supplying and planting of trees of specified variety including mixing of FYM & good soil in ratio 1:3, termite treatment, and planting of plants in existing tree pit. (height 8'-10' above bags/pots). Soil mounts 4”-6” in size. Tree plantation should be carried on neatly accurately and with perfection as per drawing and instruction given by the EIC. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period but not before stabilizing the hedges. Rates for mortality to be inclusive. Providing and fixing tripod made of wooden balli, height 1.50mtr. Top bracket to be 300mm x 300mm. leg embedded in ground up to 300mm and to have tar coat. Work shall be done as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by EIC.
Supplying and installation of street benches of size 1830 mm length x 533 mm wide at legs x 685 mm high x 380 mm seat made out of CAST IRON with necessary mild steel (Hot deep Galvanized) works framing with one coat of epoxy primer and PU paint of approved make and shade. Teak wood ghana planks of size 1830mm lenght x 75mm wide x 25mm thick with external grade PU polished finish of approved make and shade shall be fixed on seat of bench with necessary hardware etc complete and fixing the bench to floor as per the detail drawings and instructions of engineer in charge. The rate should include fixing of benches to floor etc. complete. Sample shall be approved by architect.
Providing, casting, hoisting, installing in position Precast Reinforced cement concrete (M25) Bench as per design and drawing having 40mm thick mirror polished Granite of approved shade in three piece on top. groove of same width as mortar thickness shall be provided between top granite stone and concrete top as per drawing. Remaining surface of bench shall be expose rcc work. All edges of granite shall be champhered and polished. Rate shall be inclusive of RCC, reinforcement and granite work with all material, labour for making, fixing, loading, unloading, hoisting, placing, polishing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Sample shall be approved before execution of work. Size of Bench - 1500 L x 450 mm W x 380mm H (100mm thick seat) with tappered solid base (1100mm x 200mm at bottom and 1200mm x 300mm at top)
Providing and installing floor/ mounted dustbins of Sintex, Nilkamal, Prince or equivalent. Dust bin shall be one Piece Moulded, Heavy Duty Waste Bin of approx. 80 Litres capacity made out of FDA approved virgin grades of Polyethylene material manufactured from Rotational Moulding Process / Blow Moulding Process absolutely smooth and sanitary, chemical resistant, blended with stabilizers, Anti Corrosive, Anti Acidic, Non toxic and free from joints, welds or rims; provided with fully openable unique lid, open from either side for easy garbage drop even from distance, ideal for Storage and Handling of Solid Waste to satisfy the critical requirements of MSW 2000. Virgin Grade of Polyethylene material confirming to the requirement of IS 10146 – 1982. Dustbin shall be fixed on floor or wall as per approved sample.
ACP sheet signage on door/ wall mounted/ hung from ceiling: Providing, Making and fixing 4 mm thick ACP sign of any shape and size of Flexi bond or equivalent to be cut on CNC router cutting and smoothen all corners and edges. ACP sheet shall fixed on both side of framing and sign shall be done on one side. Matter shall be cut in 3M Reflective vinyl and paste on it as per design and detail and as per manufacturer's specifications. UV stabilized lamination shall be done on it. The ACP sheet shall be fixed or hanged with necessary SS fastners, self adhesive tap of 3M on existing MS pole. Pasting of vinly must be accurate as per the design on the approved size ACP without any kind of bubbles. Content of sign shall be letters (In Gujarati & English), graphics/ maps, signs etc. in any colour as per design, drawing and approved by Architect and Engineer in charge.The rate shall also include cost of scaffolding, drilling, fabrication, finishing, adhesive material etc at all height and all lead but exclusive the cost of structural steel work. The contractor should submit the drawings based on concept design and do the sampling and get it approval before mass production.

FRP Recessed Man hole cover Providing and Fixing heavy duty double seal FRP Manhole cover with frame of 25MT capacity, in matching shade of surrounding pavement and design according to EN - 124:1994 of HP or equivalent of clear opening size of 600mm x 600mm and recesse depth 80mm, with client's logo etc. complete as approved by architect and as directed by engineer in charge. Frame shall be embaded in concrete of M25 grade and top level of frame shall be flush with road level. Frame and cover shall be with 4 number lifting key with proper lifting arrangement. Providing and laying 60mm thick Solid Concrete Combination Cobbles of size 210mm/ 170mm/ 130mm/ 90mm x 160mm, made by vibro pressed method of VYARA or equivalent as approved by Architect/ EIC, with +/-3mm tolerance and thickness of wearing layer Not less than 5mm of any color and shade (UV Light resistant fast colours from Lanxess only to be used) having compressive strength of 50 Kg/cm2 for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. Combination cobbles shall be laid as per approved pattern and suggested by manufacturer. Including providing and laying average 50 mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand below the block as per required grading and specification. Laid blocks shall be mechanically compacted. The work of the blocks shall be executed in line and level by skilled mason of flooring work only. It should be laid in such a way that the no cutting of the block to be necessary. Cutting of block shall be done using machine only and laying shall be done by skilled flooring mason. The Finished surface of the block shall have textured finish. The blocks shall be compacted and shall be re-laid if necessary. Sample of loose paver and laid paver shall be approved by consultant or engineer in charge before execution of work.
Providing and applying Hot deep galvanizing work confirming to IS 4579/ 2629/ 2633 with zinc of 85 micron thickness on Railing, Handrail, flag fixing sleeve pole, garbage box, Street furniture and similar works etc made from solid flat, bar, RHS, SHS, tubular hollow sections etc. as per the drawing and as instructed by engineer in charge. The rate shall include preparing the surface by shot blasting/ acid washing prior to hot deep galvanizing, labor, tools, machinery etc complete (Sample to be approved).
11) PAINTING WORKS :- Providing & applying 100% External Acrylic emulsion Paint of desired shed from Apex ultima of Asian, ICI or equivalent in minimum three coats (1 coat of exterior grade primer and 2 coats of paint) to give an even shade with brush on exterior sand faced plastered surfaces / mala plastered surfaces / textured surface or any surfaces at all heights including scaffolding, thoroughly brushing the surfaces with sand paper to make it free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter etc. complete as per the manufacture's specification and up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The rate shall also include the cost of filler for cracks on the surfaces. (Rate shall be inclusive of minimum 1 coat of exterior grade appropriate primer).
15.0 (A) ROAD WORKS :- Box cutting the road surface to proper slope and camber for making a base for road work including removing the excavated stuff and depositing on the road side slope as directed upto 50Mt.lead.

Providing and laying evenly priming coat using low viscocity liquid bituminious emulsion of IS 8887 materials at the rate of 7.5 Kg / 10 Sq.M. on road surface using emulsion pressure sprayer etc complete including the cost of all labour and materials
Providing and Laying compacted 50mm thick dense graded bituminious macadam (DBM) Grade-1 in single layer using 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour, tack coat at the rate of 2.5 Kg / 10 m2 in each using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminious content @ 4.5% (VG-40) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control with minimum road width or as directed by Engineer in charge to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification etc complete in all respects. The agency shall have to get the mix design done from approved laboratory and submit to the Engineer in charge for Approval. If the asphalt (bituminious) content is more than above, the agency shall have to bear the cost of additional asphalt. The payment shall be done on the permissible field density achieved on the item instead of density derieved in the mix design. (Assume density = 2.45 gms / cm3)

The rate shall also include the flush pointing in CM (1:2) for all joints of the kerbstones. (Sample must be approved). The contractor rate shall also include the cost of excavation, base PCC M15 grade and finish good, curing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be unit of One Cubic meter.
Cast insitu kerb Providing and laying cast in situ cement concrete kerbs in curveture shape/ agular shape of M25 grade (approximate kerb size - 300mm x 150mm) including casting, shuttering, finishing, curing etc complete as per drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Top surface of kerb shall be immediate finish by trowel (to be done at site) as per drawing. Monolithic and homogeneous casting is required using MS mould only. Two layer casting is not allowed in any case. Rate shall be inclusive of shuttering (contractor must use new shuttering), immediate trowel finish, expose rendering, curing etc complete with good finish at ground level. Reinforcement, fiber, excavation, base PCC etc shall be paid in relevant items.
Providing and fixing rubber speed breakers (with polyurethane binder) of size 500mm x 350mm x 50mm lining with 8 no of inbuilt cat eyes per piece Including intermediate and end members as per manufacturer's specifications or supplier's specifications and as directed by engineer in charge. Weight of speed breaker approximate 15 Kg/Rmt and weight capacity 20 Tons with high impact resistance and brutal weather condition. Speed breaker shall be fixed with grout (min 8 holes for fixing per piece) and as per manufacturer's specification. Sample shall be approved by engineer in charge.
Providing and applying average 2.5 mm thick road marking strips of any size, shape, graphic, letter etc (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
Supplying and fixing cat eye (Stimsonite) made out from Acrilo beautile sterine injuction high compressed molding with reflector made of MMC (prismatic type of size 12cm x 6cm x 2.5cm) provided with bituminous adhesive 100g. with each unit for fixing.
15.0 (B) GENERAL DEVELOPMENT WORKS :- Paver Block Laying Colored/ Grey 80mm thk, M-45 Grade Providing and laying shot blasted Non- interlocking, Grey/ Colored brick type paver blocks of 80 mm thick M-45 grade machine made and blasting by automatic shot blasting machine and high density of as per approved sample of Vyara, Alcock, Super, Nishu for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. Including providing and laying 50 to 80 mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand below paver block as per required grading and specification. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. The work of the paving blocks shall be executed in line and level by skilled mason of flooring work only. It should be laid in such a way that the no cutting of the paver block to be necessary. If cutting of paver block shall be required, than cut by machine only and laying to be done by skilled flooring mason. The Finished surface of the Paver Block shall have Coarse Sand Texture Finish. Paver blocks shall be compacted and shall be re-laid if necessary. Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without any wastage.
Providing and making Tree pit. It includes excavation upto 600 mm depth including removal of the debris, Size of the pit is 1000 mm dia. Hume pipe of 900mm dia. NP2 class with 600mm height to be placed in the excavated pit and outside area of the Hume pipe to be filled with the good quality earth completed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall also include necessary fixing with Road as shown in the drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing Tree Guard, fabricated from 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle and 32 x 32 mm of 3.2 mm thick weld mesh as per drawing and details. Necessary provisions for the anchoring to floor shall be made in the tree guard. Tree guard shall be painted with 1 coat of epoxy primer of 50 to 60 micron DFT (dry film thickness) and 2 top coats of Metal PU Paint of having DFT 40 to 50 micron of approved shade of MRF or equivalent paint as per manufacture’s specification over all the surfaces or as specified in the drawing as per the shade approved as per the drawing and specification. The rate shall also include the fixing of necessary name plate. (Sample to be approved)
Tree pit cover - Providing, making & fixing tree pit cover around the tree pit, factory made exposed /fare finish precast Tree pit cover block of two halve in FRC concrete of size - 0.90Mt x 0.90Mt x 0.065mt including transporting, fixing etc. complete. Supplying and Planting with well grown Shrubs for planter of average height 3' to 4' and as per approved species and planting inexisting plater/ pits by providing and mixing FYM with soil pesticide & insecticide. Plants should be disease free and fungus free in 8"x 10" polythene bag. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much.
