Providing two legged scaffolding for works above 3m. heights , using 13 to 15 cm. dia. casuarina props, the distance between the two rows being 1.25m. and the spacing of posts being 2m. in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m. overlap on either side and braces at 2m. c/c including longitudinal & transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm. thick & 1m. width, etc. including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, safety measures, etc. complete.

Chipping and cleaning the existing damaged surface from walls rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Special ceiling plastering with C.M.1:3, 10 mm thick for RCC works including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing Micro concrete using Rendroc RG / equivalent to the distressed / spalled concrete pedestals by applying one coat of Nitozinc / equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement, fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports which do not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete, mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm, applying one coat of polymer modified acrylic emulsion (Nitobond AR/ equivalent) on the finished surface as a curing membrane, applying DEKGUARD / equivalent primer by spraying to the concrete surface, and applying Two coat of DEKGUARD/ EQUIVALENT top coat to the concrete surface by brush or roller (coating should be done continuously without any break), rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P's etc., complete.

Providing PCC 1:1.5:3 screed concrete using op/pp Cement with 6mm -10mm HBG metal (machine crushed) including cost of materials, labour, T&P's leads, curing etc., complete.

Supplying and providing Nito Floor Hard Top Over the existing PCC/RCC concrete surface of 5kg/sqm and rubbed smooth with trowel finishing over the base concrete including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Dismantling the spalled/ distressed RCC and loose particles from the existing concrete including roughening the surface after thorough cleaning, rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 50mm thickness using OP/PP cement with 12 to 20 mm BG metal including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete - excluding cost of reinforcement and form work.

Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing two coats of emulsion for interior walls of approved colour and manufacturer after through scrapping the old painted surface walls rates including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing two coats of emulsion to the outer wall surfaces after through scrapping the old colour washed surface rate including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of 160 mm dia PVC pipe of 4 kg/mm2 pressure with PVC specials clamp, plug, screw, bolt and nut by replacing the existing damaged PVC downfall pipe including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete.
