Demolition of cement concrete of Sunken portion/EWC/IWC of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall/stone tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing broken tiles and rubbish off the premises from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections,including clreaning for refixing or removal, fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections,including clreaning for refixing or removal, fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any size, thickness, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs jointed and pointed in cement mortar including removal of grass vegitation including roots near out let of RWP and OHT staging area or specifically ordered in writing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part hereof ) and removing from site to adistance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m complete all as specified. Note :- Demolition of Mud puska to be cut in average thickness from top surface of roof for creating the slope as directed

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete or stone and ceilings including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) of size not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes in brick walls of appropriate size for insertion of cement concrete blocks for hold fasts, and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) of size exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each including cutting holes in brick walls of appropriate size for insertion of cement concrete blocks for hold fasts, and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down dhutters of any description exceeding 2.00Sqm each and refixing in another opening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lean Cement Concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete and filling in Sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lean Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 using 10mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling back sides of pressed steel frames complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on any faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in screed bed or bedding layer on fair furfaces of brick or concrete work on roof terrace for laying Water Proofing Memeberane surfaces, mixed with water proofing complound as per manufacturer's instructionsfinished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in screed bed or bedding layer or cement plater to the sunken portion, mixed with water proofing complound as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of Kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under :- (i) Application of two components of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating (aa) Clean the RCC Surface with wire brush and chisel out and mortar sticking to Surface (ab) Apply FOSROC NITOPROOF 600 PF (min 0.8mm dft) over a priming coat of NITOPROOF WB Primer or equivalent of ASIAN PAINT/SIKA/BERGER/PIDILITE DR FIXIT (ac) Provide HDPE 1.0mm thick Sheet before laying of any floor finishes.

M&L for applying Silane Siloxane based water repellent coating FOSROC NITOCOTE SN 522 (or equivalent of SIKA/Berger/Asian Paints/Pidilite/Dr Fixit) by evenly spraying or brushing (coverage approx 7 Sqm per litre of NITOCOTE SN 522) to external walls from plinth protection to bottom of window cills level complete all as specifed and directed. (i) Clean the surfaces to remove loose particulars or any efflorescence on bricks. (ii) Application of Silane Siloxane based water repellent by spraying or brushing (coverage approx 7 Sqm per litre of NITOCOTE SN 522)

M&L for applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement mortor in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces applying ready mix polymer modified mortar upto 60mm thickness (Chajjas fins, border,slab, beams etc) :- (i) Including application of rust remover on exposed reinforcement and subsequent application of anticorrosive coating. Also, pressure grouting with epoxy injection after application of polymer modified mortar. (ii) Use of electrical mixer to get the homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iii) To achieve required thickness repeat this step after 24 hrs as required. (iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water forg for 5 to 7 days etc complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building height up to 24 meters complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Chemicals : - Epoxy bonding agent, Rust remover, Anti corrosive coating, Polymer modified mortar, Epoxy grout shall be of Berger Krishna/Dr Fixit/MC Bauchemie & M/s Cemistik/Sika or Equivalent as approved by GE. Notes : (i) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator (Applicator to be approved by GE). (ii) The Contractor and manufacture of polymer modified mortar shall give the warranty before commencement and also for the strengths achieved in the post completion of work. (iii) The chemicals to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (iv) Hard drawn steel wire fabric will be measured and paid seperately. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under :- (i) Application of Two component Acrylic modified Cementitious coating (aa) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from litance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with including but not limited to the following:- (bb) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR late Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex / Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (cc) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating Sika Top Seal - 107/ Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO. (dd) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic mo Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal - 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of vis as per manufacturer's instructions. (ee) Apply Glass Fabric Sheet of Sika Fab 1/FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP whilst the first coat is wet (ff) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Sea /Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions entire area. (gg) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direct angle to the previous coat. (hh) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300 mm above the floor finish level on the vertical surface. (jj) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application 3-8 Hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize leakage/seepage. (kk) A protection plaster (12-15mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate Integral water proofing Compound has to be applied on the walls Admixture :- Sika plastocrete plus/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645 Providing and applying a protection screed of 50 mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with Sika plastocrtete over applied water proffing coating on horizontal surface. Admixture :- Sika plastocrete plus/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645 (ii) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with elastic waterproffing sealing tape with a woven bonding on each surface an elastic expansions zone in the centre of make sika Tape S/FOROC/Dr Fixit/STP (mm) The membrane has to be protected in accrodance with the manufacture's recommendance until placemnent of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accrodance with manufacturer's recommendations. (nn) Waterproffing treatement has to carried out through applicators authorisrd. (ii) All the joints of pipesand traps within sunken portion shall be sealed properly by Epoxy sealant. (iii) All CI traps in sunken slab to be enclased with PCC 1:1:5:3 ( Min 15 cm) all - round. (iv) the sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified. (v) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (approx 450 mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Providing 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as in flooring for laying fllor finish all as specified. Note ;- Item No 116 (aa) to (nn) shall be measured and paid in this item only, no extra item be taken for these items.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.60 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces/ sunken portion and all surfaces of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of platered, brick, concrete, polymeric etc, of any description, over10cm in width or girth,not otherwise describedone and applying two coats of Solar Reflective Bituminous Aluminium paint @0.1 Kg/ Sqm over APP Membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar or mud phuska and joints grouted flush and pointed flush as the work proceeds in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles (EXCEPT TILES) laid on mud mortar or mud phuska and joints grouted flush and pointed flush as the work proceeds in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old seviceable tiles shall be re-used retrieved after dismantling brick tiles on roofs/terrace.

M&L for 80mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska on flat roof ncluding 25mm thick mud plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old mud phuska shall not be re-used.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over one coat of cement primer are surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2.0 mm thick wall care putty on surface of walls to prepare surface even and smooth complete all as directed.

M&L for preparaion of new surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted ) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.9 litre/10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
