Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. at the places out side the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour taking down, chipping and removing the loose, split, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjas etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, apply rust remover over the cleaned re-barsurface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-barsurfaces, fixing new Reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortar in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm average thick in two coats, with and including polymer @10% by weight of cement, including erecting and dismantling steel scafolding for carrying out the work upto height of 10 metre (Appx) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (Polymer, new reinforcement and MS section will be measured and paid separately). Make;- Dr fixit/ Sunanda/chemestik/fosrock.
