Schedule-A: Structural works

Supply of structural Steel as per IS-2062, fabrication & erection/ welding/ assembly of MS structural steel works such as trusses, purlins, beams, columns, Miscellaneous structures like plate EP's, Gates, Structural Supporting Stands, etc., (other than window & door gills) fabricating, transporting, erecting at site, welding, grouting, leveling, aligning and fixing in position with appropriate anchor bolts / site welding in their final position etc., as per approved fabrication drawings including application of one coat of approved primer and two coats of approved quality / shade synthetic enamel paint to exposed surfaces etc.,(Total DFT=150microns) Cleaning the work area by collecting & stacking the construction waste / debris & unwanted materials outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification, as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts & locations. Note: Cost is inclusive of Providing, fixing and removing of Scaffolding for working platform for height work (more than 2.5 m height), labour, consumables & material handling.

Painting : Supply & application of one coat of first quality high gloss synthetic enamel paint of make Berger/ Asian/ Nerolac/ Shalimar/ ICI paints of 40-50 microns DFT per coat on roofs and external surface of structures. (rates shall be inclusive of cleaning of existing structures including labour, consumables, arranging scaffoldings & safety gears, etc.)

Painting : Supply & application of [30-40 micron DFT per coat]of Epilux High Build Zinc Phosphate Primer and First quality synthetic Enamel paint of make Berger / Asian / Nerolac / Shalimar / ICI paints. Work involves material supply, Cleaning, Surface preparation and application of one coats zinc based primer & two coats of Synthetic enamel paint for C.S. Pipelines & Steel structures / pipe supports etc.Total DFT shall be 150 - 200 microns. (Rates shall be inclusive of labour & consumables, arranging scaffoldings & safety gears and as per scope of work).

Providing, placing and removing formwork for all In-Situ Concrete Works such as foundation bedding, rafts, pedestals, footings, plinth, columns, beams, slab, chejjas, lintels, columns, pathways, walk ways and ramp, RC bands and all miscellaneous insitu concrete works including providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste away from work premises cleaning the work area etc, complete all works as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift. Note: The measurement for the form work will be actual area of form in contact with the concrete surfaces.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregatesfor levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost is exclusive of formwork and will be paid seperately under item no. 6 of schedule-A of SOQR.)

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 [1 cement:1.5 fine aggregates:3 coarse aggregates Using 20 mm nominal size graded for various types of works such as Foundation works, side walls, retaining walls and all miscellaneous RCC works including machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compaction by using vibrator, leveling, finishing as directed by Engineer - in - charge and providing & fixing platform, base shall be slightly wet before laying concrete, curing, cleaning the work area & dispose the waste / unwanted materials outside the periphery of the work premises etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge at all locations and at all lifts. NOTE: Formwork will be measured and paid under item no. 6 of Schedule A of SOQR. Reinforcement will be measured & paid under item no. 9 of Schedule- A of SOQR.

Providing and laying approved make high yeild strength deformed TMT Reinforcement Steel bars of all dia meters confirming to grade FE550/ 550D of IS:1786 [latest edition] including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position 10/12 Thick C.S. Plates with lugs & binding with suitable guage soft annealed binding wire for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly], providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 1000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, manufacturers specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift.

Supply and installation of Hilti/ Fischer make anchor fasteners of M 12 X 115 mm size, Including cost of handling, scaffolding, labour and tools.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing on the wall surface UPVC pressure [4 kg/sqcm] Pipes of 110 mm dia. with specials [such as tees; bends; junction with or without doors; flangs and all other required fittings etc.] of superior make, for Rain Water Down Commer Pipes including providing & Fixing necessary clamps [GI clamps of 25 mm. wide x 4 mm. thick] of length [ as per site requirement], hard wood packing pieces, PVC slovents, srews / nails, cement & sand etc, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder wherever required, collecting and disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc., complete as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade)

Piping Erection : Handling, Wire brush cleaning, fabrication and Erection of Piping & its fittings on permanent pipe supports, generating reports,etc. as per Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer In-charge of the work. Refer scope of work in Section -V of the tender document for additional details.(Rate is inclusive of Hydro testing of pipeline to specified pressure as per specifications, all labour, equipments charges & arrangements etc.)

Welding of CS Piping SMAW for BW/NW/SW/Slipon flange welding / seal welding etc including degalavanising of Pipe ends as per requirement. (Same rates for Pipe sizes 25 NB to 200 NB). Refer scope of work in Section -V of the tender document for additional details. (Rate is inclusive of all labour, equipments charges,etc.)

Carrying out Dye-Penetrant Test (DPT) for completed weld as per requirement( including all consumables).

Wrapping & Coating : Cleaning of pipe surface , application of compatible primer for Anti Corrossion protection tape, wrapping & Coating of C.S. Pipe for burried portion of the pipe lines with anti corrossion tape conforming to AWWA-C-203 & IS-10221 in size of 333 mm width x 4 mm thick .Rates shall be inclusive of labour & supply of wire brushes for pipe surface cleaning.

Providing and fixing Hex Head bolts of Various sizes (M12 to M24 to suit flanged joints (valves, flanges, etc.)) including compatible nuts and washers complete for joining flanges, valves, etc. including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
