REPAIR, MAINT AND RENEWAL OF EARTHING PITS, SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER, COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF DG SETS AND FIRE ALARM UNDER GE (AF) MOHANBARI

Taking out old unserviceable earthing pit of any type complete with connected accessories including dismantling and removing materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick electrode and 20mm x 3mm copper strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to copper strip 20 x 3mm as earth lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including brazing) connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 40mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600mm x 600mm x6.3mm thick elecrode and 32mm x 6mm galvanised iron strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to GI strip 32mm x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including welding) of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 40mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of old air termination rod of any type and any size from building including dismantling and removing (except serviceable strips for re-fixing) materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for air termination single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long fixed on galvanised iron pipes with copper/ aluminium/ GI strip for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed. Note: MS /PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F for air termination single pointed, aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on galvanised iron pipes with copper/ aluminium/ GI strip for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pipe/ PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Refixing of old serviceable tilted air termination rod of any size and type after straightening & dressing with and including suitable nut, bolts and washers to earth strip complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pipe/ PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately).

Taking down old Copper/ GI/ Aluminium Strip of any size and any type from building/hangar (roof/down conductor)/ pipe/ trench including dismantling and removing (except serviceable strips for re-fixing) materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

SS&F for copper strip 20mm x 3mm with fixing screws for conductors/ earth lead including brazing and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ equipment laid through pipe/ trench/ surface complete all as specified and directed.
