Notes for serial item No. 1.00 to 4.00 of BOQ :- 1. The contractor will replace any employee with prior approval of Accepting Officer. If any employee is not forming satisfactorily, the contractor will replace him/her with suitable alternative. 2. The contractor shall adhere to Minimum Wages Act, ESI, EPF and other relevant laws ( In this connection please refer condition 26 and 31 of Special condition. 3. The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/ concerned State Government/ Local Body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employee towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF), contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), contribution of Bonus and Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) under respective headings/ sub-items. 4. The rates quoted by the bidder shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable including GST. 5. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work i.e., 18.24 lakhs, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting officer within 10 days of opening of Financial bid for the difference in estimated cost i.e 18.24 lakhs & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months and his bid will be rejected. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. 8. The work under the contract shall be carried out at any height/ floor(s) /in portion (part). contractor shall quote their rates considering this aspect in mind. 9. The supervisor shall report to the concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge and maintain an attendence register of all staff employed by the contractor for the work.
