Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after and be in satisfactory operation for months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

Material should supply to the site location on the direction of Aee office as and when required

GST will paid separately based on the Material supply.

Even cement and steel supplier can also supply jelly and other required Items as mentioned the Tender.

Condition mentioned in Bid document KG-1&2 is accepted.
