Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of 'Solar Hot Water System' (Flat Plate Collector type ) based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 400 LPD including 3.15 mm thick stainless steel hot water tank of capacity 400 litres duly insultated including mounting stand of suitable size, suitable indirect heat transfer panels with mounting brackets and stands duly interconnected with each other with and including 4 KW (2 x 2KW) electric backup complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per the item No-1 here in before but of capacity 500 LPD.

Supply and fixing steel water Tubes 15 mm bore dia, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 here in before but of size 25mm bore dia.

All as per item No 3 here in before but of size 40mm bore dia.

Supply and fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 15mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6 here in before but of size 20mm dia.

All as per item No 6 here in before but of size 25mm dia.

Supply and fixing Ball brass valves 25 mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI Hot water pipe 15 mm bore dia, medium grade, duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 here in before but of size 20mm dia.

All as per item No 11 here in before but of size 25mm dia.

M & L for Double layered Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 Litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type C2, 1: 3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire in and including PVC conduit with 2x6.0 sq. mm + 1x6.0 sq. mm earth wire of FR, ISI marked PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Sheet metal enclosure Triple pole and neutral for DBs 4 way, double door, 415 Volt, with 200 Amps rates bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing TPN 16 Amps, 415V with current carrying capacity 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing SPN 32 AMP rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) fixed in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Bib taps 15mm dia, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, ISI marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Old size Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 laid in trench over the cable horizontally for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. each in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Tubes, 'light grade' 50 mm bore dia, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.
