Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in in any type of soil for laying of pipes, cables etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in , excavated soil including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms each any type of soil.

Removing the excavated materials not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the staring point all as directed by Engr - in- Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches fine dry river sand by gently by punning down manually as in cable protection all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note : Sand after punning down will be measured

Supply and laying precast concrete cable cover class LV type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches all as specified.

Note :- The rate quoted is deemed to include for removing the existing cable cover segregating the servicable covers and relaying after laying cables and sand cushioning. Taking down old unserviceable wiring cable and supply & lay 3 Core 1.5 Sq mm size multistranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed 650 / 1100 Volt Grade As per IS 694 with and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit and passing through PVC conduit with necessary saddle, clamps, bolts & nuts, copper lugs all For interconnection of cable looping box to Street Light Fitting, Post Top Lantern etc All as Directed. M&L for taking down of centrifugal monoblock pump set of capacity 3/5 HP, overhauling including dismantling/opening of body, cleaning of slots & body, replacing of bearing, gland packing etc, oiling, greasing, reassembling complete, painting by two coats of synthetic enamel paint, and installing and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Rate is inclusive of all spares required for smooth operation of the pump set.

M & L for carrying out routine checks of silent type DG Set of 10 KVA Kirloskar, including checkingof coolant level supply and top up of collant, draining out supply & refilling of Engine oil(Including supply of oil), replacing of fan belts, replaing of lube oil filter, fuel filter & fuel water seperator, checking of level of distelled water in battery & top up of water. Note : (As per item No 57).

M & L for servicing of Split type Air conditioner 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR capacity of Voltas/LG make inverter type AC including taking down the out door and indoor units, takong out cooling coil and washing complete with water and caustic soda, cleaning of cooling coil, fan/blower drumand air filter with air blower, oiling greasing to mechanical parts and checking all connections of electrical parts, checking leakage in pipe line, arresting leakage in gas pipe line etc all as directed at site.
