Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto all level TheMetreo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more .

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth. in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying gang saw cut of specified thickness, mirror polished pre- moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.18 mm thick

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm/16 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite Work.

Extra for fixing marble / granite stone over and above corresponding basic item, in facia and drops of width upto 150 mm with epoxy resin based adhesive including cleaning etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing and Fixing Lead Lined Doors with 12 mm thick waterproof Marine Plywood fixed on both side of lead sheet (thickness 4 mm) and covered with prelaminated sheet 1 mm thick on both sides including all fixing accessories and framework (complete job)

Providing and Fixing Lead Lined clear glass with lead 10+2.0 mm thick of required size.Glass shall be radiation shielding from equipment/machines operating in the X-ray/CT scan complete job including all fixture accessories and framework
