Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying/taking out GI pipe line all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI tubing with all fittings from trenches, walls, floors etc of following sizes all as specified and as directed :- Note : Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of Sch'A'

a) 40 mm bore

b) 25 mm bore

c) 20 mm bore

S&F in repairs GI tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and laid in walls, ceiling or laid in floors etc all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

a) 40 mm bore

b) 25 mm bore

c) 20 mm bore

S&F in repairs gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of the following sizes all as specified and as directed:-

a) 40 mm bore

b) 25 mm bore

c) 20 mm bore

S&F in repairs ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium/stainless steel rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 25 mm bore (Minimum weight- 455 gms) all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium/stainless steel rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 20 mm bore (Minimum weight- 210 gms) all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 litres ,double layered ,ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 750 litres ,double layered ,ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC water tank cover of existing make suitable for 1000 / 750 ltrs capacity with fixing PVC hinges, bolts & locking arrangement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs cast iron sluice valve for the following size PN-1.6 ISI conforming to IS :14846 hand wheel operated, stainless steel stem with gun metal parts flanged driller to IS: 1538 non rising stem PN-1.6 ,body test pressure -2.4 Mpa Hyd, seat pressure -1.6 Mpa Hyd all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs GI reducer tee 40 mm x 25 mm to be fixed to existing / new GI pipe of dimension 40 mm , including dismantling old rusted reducer tee of same dimension all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs GI socket / elbow of size 40 mm to be fixed to existing / new GI pipe of dimension 40 mm , including dismantling old rusted socket / elbow of same dimension all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs GI socket / elbow of size 25 mm to be fixed to existing / new GI pipe of dimension 25 mm , including dismantling old rusted socket / elbow of same dimension all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to sluice valves for following sizes including transportation to workshop,taking out the defective spindle ,repairing the same in lathe by grinding ,turning,cutting to make fresh grooves,packing the same in its original position and testing for leakage all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs GI union of size 40 mm to be fixed to existing / new GI pipe of dimension 40 mm ,including dismantling old rusted union of same dimension all as specified and as directed

M&L Precast cement concrete for roof kerbs or mud stops , rounded or champhered on edges , type B0 1:2:4 , using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and as directed
