Excavation in foundation trenches, boundary walls etc. in earth work lift upto 1.50 mtr. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layer. When required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated in a lead of 20mtr. P.J. work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone soling / boulder filling, dry hand-packed, under floors / behind retaining walls, complete in all respects, including all leads and lifts, and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge
