Runway/Roadway Items Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete type A1 (1:1.5:3), 40 mm thick, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate,finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 40 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade"A" complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exc 400 sqm and not exc 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to pot holes any depth , not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm , putting in premixed bituminous macadam , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam , binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows,letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, acua based white or golden yellow including preparation of new or untreated surface by rubbing and washing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Compound wall/Fencing Items Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- The total length of post after dismantling shall be measured for the purpose of payment towards work done)

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel works as in post and struts of fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe410-0 or Fe 310-0 any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footing, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete in column, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of chain link wire mesh of any type including removing of rusted unserviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts from work site and keep serviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts for reused in safe custody complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply chain link fencing made out of 3.15 mm dia galvanised steel wire, (Hot dipped galvanised), 75 mm x 75 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: MS flat iron and nuts and bolt shall be measured and paid under respective items and old material shall be obtained from dismantling item here-in-before.)

Material and labour for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link mattresses, as in tie bar strengthing and fixing with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long and 5 to 10 mm dia. of shank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30cm long and dia. of shank n exc 12 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for Mild steel Galvanised, (hot dipped galvanised) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement Concertina coil 610 mm dia having 50 Nos of turns in each coil weighing approx 8.5 kg/coil fabricated from PTC, anti rust coating of specification as indicated below extendable upto a length of 6 meters enabling adjacent coils to be jointed by special galvanized steel clips in order to form a long stretch of continuous barrier including taking down existing coil and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Specification of PTC : Punched tape coils of approx weight 8.5 kg/coil and length 6m (approx) PTC round in shape, made of GP sheet 5mm and high tensile HC wire 2.6 mm, with blades of size 19 mm+ 2mm, at a distance of 24 cm and it is coated with anti rusted paint for maximum corrosion both sides resistance and durability and also providing camouflage effect complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drainage and sewage Items Cleaning of soak well of any size and depth exc 1.5 M and not exceeding 4.5 M from the GL , by taking out / removing the accumulated sludge/ soil / sewage / any other foreign / foul materials etc (solid / semi solid) sludge and sludge water using mehanical device / diesel pump of suitable type and capacity, removing the sludge out side MOD land and burrying it in pits excavated for the purpose including covering the sludge in the pit with earth and making the system functional and applying bleaching powder around the soak well and over the pit for hygenic complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of Septic tank of any size and depth exc 1.5 M and not exceeding 4.5 M from the GL , by taking out / removing the accumulated sludge/ soil / sewage / any other foreign / foul materials etc (solid / semi solid) sludge and sludge water using mehanical device / diesel pump of suitable type and capacity, removing the sludge out side MOD land and burrying it in pits excavated for the purpose including covering the sludge in the pit with earth and making the system functional and applying bleaching powder around the Septic tank and over the pit for hygenic complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and taking out of silt/grass/ mud / foreign material etc. from open drain manually by or any other suitable means and including removing of material by mechanical equipment out side MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Measurement for payment shall be made as per size of equipment in which material removed.)

Excavating in trenches, in soft/loose soil , not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m and n.exc 3 m in depth for filling of slugde/ foreign material obtained from above items up to 60 cm below GL and filling excavated soil obtained from pit and applying bleaching powder 2 kg/ pit for hygienic purpose complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only high power bleaching powder conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Miscellaneous Items Dismantling wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation ,etc. ) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work as in false ceiling all as specified size of grid 605 X 605 mm with aluminium main T section of size 36.5 X 23.5 X 1.6 mm and cross T of size 23.5 X 23.8 X 1.6 mm with aluminium wall angle of size 36.5 X 23.5 X 1.6mm with suspender complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed 12 mm thick gypsum board in ceiling fixed to aluminium frame work including two coats of oil bound destemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of steel ( corrugated, semicorrugated ,etc.) sheets in roof coverings including removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados , skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) dark shade coloured polished tiles, (1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm and 10mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 20 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Taking down shutters not exc 1 sqm each including removing material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters exc 1 sqm but n exc 2 sqm each etc including removing material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium frame with power coating of min thickness 50 micron for doors, windows,ventilators wih one or more rebates joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium door shutter with power coating of min thickness 50 micron, aluminium section weighting 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips,rubber neoprene packing, handle 4 no. in each dooe ,hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters with power coating of min thickness 50 micron, side hung type without sash, aluminium section weighting 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips,rubber packing,anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stays 150mm long(1 no.) hinges type B-21 100 mm long(2no.) suitable for (4 no.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel Butt hinges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size quality or description from wooden/steel frame fixed in repair with wooden beads/metal pinning and S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and fixed with wooden beads or putty (in metal frames etc) in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Galvanised steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and connection to pipe complete including dismantling of existing CI flushing cistern high level including flush pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
