Laying and supply of of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required up to 70 sqmm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required up to 95 sqmm

Making of Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connection etc as required

Laying and fixing , supply of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of 10sqmm size on wall surface as rquired

Intsllation of Supply of local push bottom station deatiled specification is as indicated below 1 . PBS made of 2mm sheet steel enclosure with rain canopy, protection: IP-65. 2. 01 no. of Green colour Start PB with 1NO+1NC contacts, 01 no. of Red colour Stop PB with 1NO+1NC contacts, One Emergency stop push button with 1NO+1NC contacts (push to lock type) shall be provided 4.PB Station shall be weather proof, neoprene rubber gasket suitable for outdoor application. 5. 2nos. of earthing studs to be provided. 6. Left side hinged door shall be provided with flexible braided copper earthing. 7. PBS shall have 04 nos. of corrosion free bracket suitable to fix on vertical surface. 8. Detachable gland plate to be provided. 9. The Push Button shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of zinc chromate primer and finally finished with stoving enamel grey paint. 2. 01 no. of Green colour Start PB with 1NO+1NC contacts, 01 no. of Red colour Stop PB with 1NO+1NC contacts, One Emergency stop push button with 1NO+1NC contacts (push to lock type) shall be provided. Size of each Push Button is of 22.5mm diameter. Inscription plate for all push buttons. 3. PB shall be wired with 2.5 sq.mm. copper wire to 40 nos. serially numbered terminal blocks (TB) of ELMEX make having TB-5-6, 7-8, 11-12, 13-14 and 17-18 shorting link. 4. Two nos. of Cut out of size 72x72 mm for ammeter and RPM meter shall be provided. 5.PB Station shall be weather proof, neoprene rubber gasket suitable for outdoor application. 8. 2nos. of earthing studs to be provided. 9. Left side hinged door shall be provided with flexible braided copper earthing. 10. PBS shall have 04 nos. of corrosion free bracket suitable to fix on vertical surface. 11. Installation and supply of SIZE 200MM X50MM perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required
