Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m² on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, in All kinds of soil. The cost includes Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. The cost also includes manual carriage, loading, unloading and stacking upto 50 m.

Providing and laying of stone soling including the cost of carriage, dressing, ramming, and watering of the same complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Finishing of foundation with 12mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend"rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Shifting of 625 KVA DG Set from GB pant Hospital to Chest Disease Hospital Srinagar. The job includes disconnecting of Cables from electric circuit and changeover and transporting DG and allied Material by means of Mechanical Crane . The job includes dismantaling of the installed chimney and transporting the same along with the DG set and allied accessories from GBH to CDH .The Job includes dismantling of chimney safely and placing the same in truck afterwards installing the same at CD hospital. The job further includes testing of the DG on load. All tool tackles technical manpower, consumables be arranged by the firm.The job also includes fitting of cable of 630 sqmm to be provided by the Deptt (all tools and tackles are to be provided by the firm)

Providing and Fitting of 1000 A, 3 Phase, 415 V, 4 Pole Onload Changeover Switch-Disconnector (Conforming to IEC 60947-3, IS/IEC 60947-3) with Sheet Steel Enclosure of thickness 1.6mm along with and allied works. All the tool tackles consumables be arranged by the firm.

Servicing by way of providing and fitting of a New OEM-recommended/Approved Lube Oil Filter LF670 as a replacement against existing ones
