Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store and S&F CPVC pipes 20 mm outer diameter of SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 and fittings as in walls, ceiling, floor, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store and S&F CPVC pipes 25 mm outer diameter of SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 and fittings as in walls, ceiling, floor, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc., and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exceeding 20 cm girth in brick walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia bib tap, chromium plated cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia pillar tap, fancy type, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe & fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15mm dia angle stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 15mm-90gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan EWC, white including white plastic water closet seat & back with flat bottom and cover mild steel chromium plated or aluminium anodised high device (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including fixing bolt and necessary connection with existing pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10 litres capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets & flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern including PVC connection pipe of size 15 mm dia, 450 mm long with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair wash hand basin, white flat back of size 550 x 400mm excluding pillar taps but including waste coupling, waste pipe and bracket, PVC connection pipe of 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm, etc. including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs vitreous china urinal half stall type size (465x355x265) white including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2 securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing flushing cistern with brackets, grating and union including waste pipe and PVC connection pipe of 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm, etc complete all as specified and directed.
