Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead and lift as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling of wooden boardings, in lining of wall and partition including frame work and stacking the material within 50 metres lead and lift as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead and lift as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing second class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick (twenty five millimetre ) deodar wooden plank ceiling with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws complete within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 15mmx12mm (fifty into twelve millimetre )section with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junctions complete within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 250 x25 mm thick ( Two hundred fifty isto twenty five millimetre ) deodar wooden plank ceiling with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws complete within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing TATA steel corrugated 0.63 mm thick ( zero point sixty three millimetre) G.I. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm( eight millimetre) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.
