Supply & Installation of single phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of three star or better rating of BEE and as per IS: 8034-2018 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (motor) or as amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. Supply and Fixing of Electric feeder panel (having projected canopy)for submersible pump set Single phase up to 5 HP, comprising of DOL Starter, MCB, Indicating Light, Ammeter, Volt meter, connection plate, condensers of approved make and the panel enclosure should be made out from 18 gauge M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel size Height 600 mm Width 500 mm depth 250 mm with Stand ( made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg’s length 18" and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete platform. The size of CC platform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The operation of panel should be suitable for on 240 Volt AC Supply.

Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried.
Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars.
Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush.
Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day.
Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete.
Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and Applying ACRYLIC emulsion polymer waterproofing chemical coating, on over roof on over roof slabs/terrace/balconies/parapet wall etc.with following method/specification: Paint the surface with regular paint brush so as to obtain approximately 0.3mm thickness coating. apply the 2nd coat next day at right angles to the 1st coat so that total thickness of the coating should be approximately 0.6mm coverage by using above formulation will be 40 ft2/ litre of chemical. painted surface does not require any external water curing since chemical will hold sufficient water for curing.After the primer coat Apply 2 coats of modified acrylic emulsion polymer water proofing compound having solar heat reduction properties coating @ 0.330 KG/SQM on the surface of the interval of 3-4 hours. Undulation on the surface is repair before the waterproofing work.
Nano technology water proofing, thermal insulation protection coating 12 layer process for increasing life of building and damage control for roof.-- before coating scaling, cleaning, and preparing surface for treatment. Opening all joint and cracks and filling them with nano technology crack filling hydrophobic chemical with 2/3 coats. then after drying doing a PCC coat on cracks. One coat of nano technology hydrophobic/oiliophobic primer. Nano technology water proofing treatment in3 coats non silicon based applied with fiber mesh sheets in medium. Providing and placing of new graded gravel as (i) Size of Gravel vary from 50 mm at the bottom to 2. to 5 mm at the top as detailed: (a) Passing 80 mm screen but held on 10 mm- 150 mm layer (b) Passing 25 mm screen but held on 10 mm- 50 mm layer (c) Passing 10 mm screen but held on 5 mm- 50 mm layer Passing (d) 5 mm screen but held on 2 mm- 50 mm layer (ii) The filter gravel shall be as spherical as possible, hard, clean and uniform in quality and also shall not contain such impurities as dirt and clay as per IS: 8419 (Part-I) for filter gravel specifications. Filter media (fine sand and coarse sand) should be processed through disintegrator and dust separator in automatic plant including screening of sand to desired specification and washing and cleaning of sand with water by aqua wash technology at quarry site. It also includes placing this washed gravel in filter beds in layer as instructed by the Engineer- In- Charge. (RGF, SSF)

Welding on M.S. / G.I./CI Pipes and other material by Electric Welding, this includes all the material like welding rods/ equipment like welding machine/ generater, if required for job.

Silt clearance from Sedimentation cum storage tank with all lift and lead up to 50 Mtr. Silt to be disposed outside the Headworks boundaries. Disposed silt to be levelled and neatly dressed including stacking of useful material if any available during excavation for all kind of soil. Silt clearance is to be carried out by means of mechanical system i.e. Tractor craw/Trolley or any other mechanical system. No extra payment shall be done for lift . This work also involves dressing of bottom which is to be done manually and there shall be no damage to lining and LDPE film of tank. Work is to be done as per direction of Engineer In Charge and technical specifications.
