Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 300 and 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base 125 mm (one hundred twenty five millimetre) consolidated thickness by providing well graded material mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC and carriage of mixed material to site of work in all leads and layers in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel 80-100 (eighty - one hundred )KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, to achieve the desired density, complete as per M.O.R.D. Technical specifications section 400 and as Engineer-in-Charge including all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements including border or kurb block over sub-base, having thickness 80 mm (Eighty millimetre) thick as per drawings and Technical Specification and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M ten) per cubic metre nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200.and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
