Supply and fixing of Overhead gantry OR cantilever type XI retro reflective sign plate made out of 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel, faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter & logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of aluminium sheeting. The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy/powder coating. This sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40 by 40 by 5 mm angle iron.
Supply of steel structure in single section, Built up section OR frame from M.S. black pipes ( medium duty) as per IS-1239 (part-1) 1979 with connecting plate anchor bolts including cutting, welding, bolting, fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including foundation bolts.
Foundation work of foundation in M-20 RCC including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, backfilling and removal of excess earth as per drawing.
Erection of gantry type sign board and structure with movable gantry cranes including nut bolting and fixing.
Erection of cantilever type sign board and structure with movable gantry cranes including nut bolting and fixing.
