Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing all the rubbish complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling mild steel fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts ( steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs, tiles and paver blocks of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed

Restraining, resecuring of barbed wire fencing including making good staples securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. including fixing of existining concerntina coil complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying of existing concertina coil with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil fencing, punched tape, coil 450mm dia having 7 to 8 nos rounds per 1 metre length, fixing on angle iron 'Y' shaped & placed over perimeter wall with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbered wire tied to angle iron, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets including all necessary welding, drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed Note: The quoted rate is inclusive of fixing of flat iron with chain link fencing at top and bottom in horizontal direction with staples/steel pins etc

S&F plain mild steel bar in fencing work of any grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type-D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation and filling in mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel screw bolts 5 to10mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagnal or square heads at one end and scewed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and and not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of strandards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild Steel galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing of any size of mesh complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plats, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running, rails and guiedes) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E 165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in solid block masonry and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing masonary work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping bed blocks, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) 75mm thick as in sub base to floor or similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block, rubber moulded of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drives ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks in to the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete designer tiles, rubber moulded, 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement & pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing wall treatment, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shed (company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm on walls, pillasters, cornices, drops, chajjas etc., including 2mm thick wall care putty (in two coats) over the entire surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast rinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates nominal size) as in man hole covers or similar type of items set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 200mm bore grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed and tested including demolition of existing drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm bore grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed and tested including demolition of existing drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, soil retreived from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against side of pipes 200 mm bore after they are laid down, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against side of pipes 150 mm bore after they are laid down, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concerete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concerete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on external surfaces of brickwork with cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking bending or hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of septic tank by blocking temporarily the inlet with approprite wooden plugs and bailing/pumping out water in liquid/semi liquid state from septic tank/soak pit and scraping out sludge, organic matter /inorganic matter, soft/semi solid material and removing to outside of MoD land in sealed tank container mounted over trolley/transport vehicle, self driven electrical/mechanical pump and filling into shallow pits at their own arrangement with due permission from local municipal/civil authorities at his/her own arrangement and removal of wooden plugs and channeling the water back into soakage/septic tank on the same day complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement will be carried out in cubic metre capacity of sealed/closed container under which all sludge/water will be measured as capacity of tank and nothing extra will be paid on this account. Complaint Slip Book shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (Format of complaint slip attached)

Material and labour for clearing of blokage from Manholes, Grease trap, Nahani trap, WC, Floor trap, etc including washing/cleaning upto 1st manhole complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Clearing of blockage up to 15 (Fifteen) days interval in one pit in the same place is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and after 15 (Fifteen) days of cleaning if bolcked in the same pit shall be measured separately). Measurement shall be carried out for each qtr wise. Complaint Slip Book shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (Format of complaint slip attached)

Cleaning of sewage line of any diametre by roding and of any description including manholes by machines or other means of mechanical tools to clear the sludge/ blockage inside the sewage line The manholes will be flushed with water to drain out sludge etc. inside the sewage line from manholes to ease the flow of sewage including removing the sludge and re-fixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and directed. Note: Minimum two safaiwala alogwith two helpers with all tools and plant will be engaged by the contractor per day irrespective of one complaint and complaint will be attended and completed within same day. Clearing of blockage up to 15 (Fifteen) days interval the same place is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and after 15 (fifteen) days of cleaning if bolcked in the same pit shall be measured separately. Complaint Slip Book shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (Format of complaint slip attached)
