Taking down storage type water heater of 50 ltrs capacity of any make and any type and disconnecting inlet/outlet pipe connections complete, including dismantling and servicing, leak testing compltely and refixing the same in position with suitable nuts and bolts and connecting inlet/outlet connections including testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair copper tube of size 5/8 with insulation rubber hose, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair copper tube of size 1/2 with insulation rubber hose, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair copper tube of size 3/8 with insulation rubber hose, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out and dismantling the burnt out old winding wire complete and cleaning the internal slots of rotor with ring and rewinding the exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable SWG including varnishing, baking in oven and reassemling refixing at same/ required location, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs condensor 4/3.5 mfd, AC 230 volts, 50 Cycles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs ball bearing suitable for exhaust fan of any sweep and make complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down exhaust fan of any size/sweep from existing position complete with blades from brackets etc and servicing the same properly by cleaning, greasing, oiling replacing the unservicable spare parts etc, and reassembling and refixing in the same position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: cost of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supplied only. The cost of labour for replacement of spare parts deemed to be included under this item)

Taking down wall mounted fan of any size/sweep from existing position complete with bladesfrom brackets etc and servicing the same properly by cleaning, greasing, oiling replacing the unservicable spare parts etc, and reassembling and refixing in the same position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
