Material and labour for surface type Flame proof Point wiring (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding for single phase circuits) complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) Single Core copper conductor (Flexible) Halogen Free Flame Retardant HFFR compound Insulated Industrial Cables (Unsheathed), 1100 Volt Confirming to IS 17048 for main point and for continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. (Phase, neutral and earth wire) drawn through and including flame proof rigid stove enameled black ERW conduit suitable nominal dia as required at site but not less than 20 mm nominal dia with all flame proof fittings and accessories i.e. flame proof joint, pipe bend, union, reducer, nipple, pipe hook, Screws, GI saddles, clamps, connectors etc, for light/fan points including making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floors etc. by using CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) One light point/fan point circuit controled by one rotary switch. (ii) Rotary switch, FP DB and MCB shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ).

Supply and Fixing of a Flameproof (FLP) & Weatherproof (WP) Interlocked Switch Socket and Plug Combined Unit Wall/Structure mounting, specifically designed for hazardous environments, Pressure Die-Cast Aluminum Alloy LM6, 16A, 250V AC, Single Phase, 2 Pole + Earth (2P+E), IP65 or IP66, Zone 1 & 2 (Gas Group IIA & IIB / IIC ), with all necessary accessories, including gland plates and earthing terminals, meeting IS: 2148-2004, CIMFR/PESO Certified for flameproof equipment complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of a Flameproof (FLP) Rotary Switch (ON/OFF), specifically designed for hazardous environments, Pressure Die-Cast Aluminum Alloy LM6, 16 Amp, Single Pole (SP), 250V AC, Integrated Flameproof terminal chamber for easy wiring, IP65 or IP66, Zone 1 & 2 (Gas Group IIA & IIB), Compliance with IS: 2148-2004, CIMFR/PESO Certified for flameproof enclosures complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Ceiling Rose, polycarbonate, isolated body, surface bakelite 3 terminal, topline series, 240 volts, 6 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of flame proof exhaust fans of size 380 mm, single phase 220/240V AC, 50Hz, 1400/1440 RPM, Designed for Hazardous Locations (Zone 1 & 2), Gas Groups IIA & IIB (or IIC), Cast Aluminum Alloy (LM-6), IP-55 or IP-65 (dust and water protection), CIMFR/PESO Certified, complete with all other accessories and fixing arrangement (Wall mounting or bracket mounting) etc, making electric connection connecting with and including flexible copper conductor cable FRLSH of suitable size drawn through flexible metalic hose conduit pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 4-way SPN, 240 Volts AC, flameproof distribution board (DB) designed for hazardous environments (IS-5571/5572 ) Gas group of IIA, IIB and IIC, Die-cast aluminum alloy (LM-6), ensuring high corrosion resistance and strength, IP65/IP66 (weatherproof), with suitable aluminium bus bar, operated externally spring type knob complete with cable entry to suitable incoming/outgoing cable with flameproof cable glands, confirming to IS-2147/62 (or latest IS/IEC 60079-1:2007) CMRI/CIMFR Approved, pre-wired, DB to be fixed Flush-mounted to the wall surface, Pre-wired including following flame proof MCB’s complete all as specified and as directed.
