Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work , concrete or fair faces surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in two layers (base layer 10mm & finishing layer 5mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) using liquid water proofing compound in finishing layer on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement, etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling,, chajja etc finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for rendering or plastering work 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc, including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for breaking/dismentling, cleaning of loose concrete, replacement of corressive reinforcement and filling plain cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate at places like chajja ,sunshades ,roof projection ,fascia ,beams ,columns etc as per direction (the cost of scafoldings, formworks deemed to be included in the item) Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L three coats of white wash on surface of wall including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on wall all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old painted surface of steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of Old wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats of frames n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 20 here-in-before, but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply. M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP having a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end overlap of membrane. (d) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane/ directed .

Supply and fixing PCC Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) (as per sample) on roof surface repaired under item 104 above, laid on 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, grouting joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1 including dismantling of brick tile or terracing tiles etc with bedding layer of mortar and removal of rubbish exc 150 meter complete all as specified & directed.
