(g) Supply & fix of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade, 450mm long (for draining out the water) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/ arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surface of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30Kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm and 100mm as per manufactures instructions and applying over it of tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20Kg per Sqm and finally finish the top by providing 40mm thick brick tiles kiln burnt, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, joints of the tiles grouted and flush pointed with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Dismantling of existing water tank on roof disconnected and after cleaning same position re-connecting shall be deemed included in quoted rate of item).

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement for measurement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account) complete all as specified and directed
