REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT OF CONTROL PANEL, ARD SYSTEM AND MISC ITEMS FOR KONE MAKE LIFTS AT VARIOUS LOCATION UNDER GE(U) PM DELHI CANTT-10.

Switching off electric and dismantling care fully existing unserviceable old main control panel any type alongwith all wiring with other connected accessories of lifts insatlled at Urban Village complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation,commissioning & testing of full SS Cabin Operated Panel (COP) with push box along with all connected accessories complete suitable for 13 Passenger lifts (make of lift M/s Kone India.) including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply ,installation,commissioning & testing of Landing Operated Panel (LOP) assembly along with all connected accessories complete and including taking down old unserviceable LOP assembly installed at existing lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- As per OEM recomendation)

Supply , installation,commissioning & testing of Landing signals and harness (wiring) for control pane to COP and LOP including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Replacement of old COP wiring with new COP wiring. (ii) Replacement of all car items ,maintenance box,all read switches with wiring. (iii) Replacement of hooter wiring . (iv) Fire main switch wiring.(v) The control wiring shall be secured & confirmed to standard wiring practice & it should be proper fixing on wall in duct cover with clamping,saddling, etc complete. (Make:- As per OEM recomendation)

Taking down and Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) with panel and including necessary internal wiring work,load weighing device ,suitable for KONE make lifts at Urban village and DGIS including ARD batteries the battery shall be such that minium three rescue operation can be performed without recharging as per site position for the 5/8/13 passengers lift installed at DGIS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Make:- As per OEM recomendation)

Supply , installation,commissioning & testing of Battery bank ,load weighing device along with all connected accessories complete including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at DGIS make of KONE lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- As per OEM recomendation

Material and labour of harness(wiring) for ARD panel with all connected accessories complete including taking down old unserviceable wiring materials of installed lift at DGIS make of KONE lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .Make:- As per OEM recomendation

Supply & fixing in replacement of UPS device 600VA 230 volt with eliminator 12 volt 500 mA for emergency light in lift and including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village and DGIS make of KONE lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Make:- As per OEM recommendation)

Supply & fixing in replacement of Traction sheave D340 of size 8x8x100mm and including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village and DGIS make of KONE lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation)

Supply & fixing in replacement of Traction sheave D550 E68 of size 5xD8 CSW and including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village and DGIS make of KONE lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation)

Repair/replacement of Balustrade assembly and including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation)

Repair/replacement of PIT ladder assembly and including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation)

Repair/replacement of Oil collector white assembly and including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village,DGIS and Kabul line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- As per OEM recomendation)

Supply & fixing in replacement of main rope power F3 of 8mm dia complete including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village and DGIS make of KONE lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- Usha martin/MahadevElevator/Bharat wire rope/Sree steel wire rope Ltd.)

Supply & fixing in replacement of Guide rail bracket including grouting,nuts, bolts,washers and all grouting arrangements required at site complete including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village and DGIS make of KONE lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation)

Dismantling / Taking down old unserviceable lift landing door and supply,fixing,testing and commissioning of complete landing door SS hairline finish metal sheet 18 gauge approx 1.2mm thickness SS sheet standard 304 and scratch resistant including complete with door track ,door operator assembly system (i.e door hanger roller) and landing sill for smooth opening of landing doors suitable for 08/13 passenger lift (Make :- KONE India) two way center opening with all fittings as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- As per OEM recomendation.)

Notes :- (i) The work shall be done throuhg OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Kone India. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 93 & 94 from OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Kone India within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default.
