Scaffolding and staging Supplying and erection of scaffolding and staging before starting the repairing activities.

Removal of old system expansion joints Removal of old existing plaster and mortar between the bricks up to 5 to 10 mm with mechanical mean, chisel hammer etc. Complete as per the sepecification and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Joint pointing Joint pointing by Bari cote /equivalent fast setting water proof grout mortar and filling the gap of 5 to 10 mm depth properly by hand pushing to fill the joint properly etc. Complete as per the specification and as per the Engineer in charge.

Laying of tap -vertical and horizontal junctions P&A all horizonal and vertical joints and 90 degree corners sided 1.5 mm thick two side non-reinforced polymerized bituminous self-adhsive Tape to seal the Joint between pipes/inserts etc. The properties of the tape shall be: Softening point (R&B) >60°C as per ASTM D 36, Elongation. (Compound >500% as per ASTM D 412. Water absorption at 24 hrs. 0.3 as per ASTM D 570, Water permeability @ 5-Bar Nil as per BS EN 12390. Adhesion strength: 1.0 N/mm as per ASTM D 1000. Cold temperature llexibility< -6'C. complete as per the Specilications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Making vata on joints P & A polymerized vata on the entire vertical & Horizontal joints with all material. Labour, consumable , tools, tackles etc complete as per the Specilications and as per the direction of Engineer-Rm in-charge

Injection grouting system Drilling and fixing of PVC nozzle on all cracks. leakage & seepage area with non- shrink admixture admixed with expansive plasticizing grout having density of 0.7-0.8 gm/cc, as per ASTM C 109: 99 ASTM C 307, BS 1881 Part 207 by pressure grouting pump with pressure not more than 140 psi with all material labor. consumable, tools and tackles, etc. complete as per the specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Waterproof coating Supply and applying waterproofing coating Krystol or equivalent with properties of self-sealing micro cracks and water ingress with potable water certilication by NSF in 2 coats after completely following the repairing pattern

Applying polymer plaster mortar Supplying and applying 2 coat of walerproof polymer plaster mortar or equivalent by properly mixing in a ratio of 1:4 with addition pen fiber mash @ 125gm in one BOC basis, or as per the manufacturer data on the entire exposed brick surface with hand trowel etc. and Water curing the same for 3 to 4 days. Rates are inclusive of material and application with all material, labor, consumables, tools and tackles, etc. complete as the specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sealing MS pipe peripheral Supplying and applying Sealant on both sid of the joint of MS pipe & sorounding concrete and then covering it with fast setting waterproof grout with proper finishing. Now apply 2 ways tape on the joint and then covering the same with grout mortar with proper finishing ect. complete as per the direciton of the Engineer-in-charge.
